Location was perfect and so was the air conditioning. Slept like baby despite hot weather. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Great location. Small room, but clean. The staff is auper nice and helpful, they offered storing our bags after checkout. Easy enter, good instructions.

The breakfast was awesome, a variety of cold meats, breads, fruit, full healthy options, full sweet choices of donuts, croissants, pies, muffins. Fresh juice and coffee options. Definitely worth the price. Altough the room was a bit small, it was very clean and the mattress and linen were very good quality, good AC too. The one we stayed at, the location was good, short walk from At Ambrosio station, which is one stop from Cadorna station. Cadorna train to Malpensa Airport is 37m. The staff were very polite, especially Claudio who was always with a smile and ready to help with any query. All in all a great stay.Wo

Fantastic location short walk to Duomo. What we liked best was the way it was geared to the traveller…… coffee machines wine fridges s (bottle of Prosecco was only 10 euros cold in fridge ) there were cold beers cold soft drinks crisps snacks chargers to buy etc etc Rooms were clean very quiet and comfortable . The staff were helpful very friendly there was a great large left luggage facility . The best bit breakfast was it was just so reasonable and fantastic ! Nearly forgot also had cute little terrace on 4 th floor . Should we ever be in Milan again this is where we will be stopping !!!

The hotel is in a very good place. It is not in the busy Centrale but sufficiently close to the landmarks to visit them. They are making a new metro close by. The science museum is just in the corner. And there is a good pub nearby.

I was expecting a proper hotel with a reception, a living room, or something like that, but it looks more like a hostel in that sense. Anyway, the place is clean, good, and the personnel are fantastic.

In a quiet street of a lovely neighborhood, this hotel is full of surprises from the moment you enter. An unassuming facade that gives no clues of what to expect. A very small and narrow entrance to the reception, but the first welcome was friendly, quick, and efficient. As you reach your room you can enjoy the unique decoration and interesting color combinations! The room is small but has everything one needs, well sorted (water, coffee, tv, towels, etc); the most comfortable bed and an impressive view to the church from the balcony. I also like the fact that it’s eco-friendly. It has self-serving machines, a reading area, a working station, a baggage storage efficiently handled. Then you must try the breakfast. The most complete and fresh breakfast I had during my stay. The ladies at the reception, each and every one, were very helpful and always with a smile in their face. I visited several cities in Italy during a 12 days period, from apartments to hotel rooms, and this is the one I would definitely return to.

Everything went very smoothly, from check-in to check-out, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, and the process was efficient, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was very content with my experience and hope to return in the future. Also note that you can find nearby the Santa Maria delle Grazie (7-minute walk) and the Leonardo's Last Supper Museum (6-minutes walk). Please note, it’s important to book or purchase your tickets in advance, as they tend to sell out quickly.

This is a great budget hotel in a fabulous location! The property was easy to reach from Milano Centrale via a few stops on the Metro. Check-in was easy, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room had a great terrace, and if it weren't too hot (33c), sitting on it would have been brilliant, as it overlooked the San Vittore al Corpo Basilica and Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology. The room was a good size, with an aircon (thank god) and a small fridge with complimentary water. The ice machine was located opposite the reception and accessible to us. Breakfast was deliciously fabulous (buffet style with different stations - cooked, pastries, fruit, healthy, etc) and, at €9, was excellent value for money. We had an issue with the hot water one day, but it was resolved promptly once we notified a staff member. I would stay here again when visiting Milan.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a FANTASTIC view out my window of an ancient church. (I'll include a picture of the view.) There was also sufficient desk space for me to do my work and posting. The room had a safe large enough for my laptop, which I always appreciate. The hotel is VERY well located - just a couple of blocks from Santa Maria della Grazia (which has da Vinci's Last Supper) and very near to transportation via tram and metro. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo and about a 20-minute walk to the Sforza Castle. I apprciated that though I arrived early, I was able to store my luggage and also have a comfortable lounge to relax in until my room was ready - and then they got my room ready earlier than expected!

In general I was very happy here - but just so other travelers know - there was no refrigerator - which I should have realized in advance but wasn't paying enough attention when booking, I guess - and the chair for the desk was a very minimalist hard plastic chair - it was comfortable enough for 15-minutes or so - but I often ended up just kneeling next to the bed to do my work and posting. (To be fair, I should add that I selected the least expensive room and have no idea what the higher end rooms are like.)

I loved the room with the balcony view, it was exceptional and really enjoyed our stay.

The key code didn’t work for one night for 4 other couples. It was frustrating that we all had to wait outside and contact customer support. Also, reception (front desk) leaves exactly on the time they say will leave. I wanted an extra blanket and 2 minutes had passed and no one was around. I really didn’t like how they didn’t have at least one person working to help.
