Very friendly staff. Already on the 2nd day during breakfast the staff remembered my room and coffee order, which is a nice detail. It was also no problem to store the luggage longer after checkout. The room was small, but enough to use as a hub to do you errands in the city, especially since the location is very convenient, close to both the center by metro or to the conference center nearby. The bathroom was cleaned and restored with new amenities every day, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. The air conditioning in the room was a plus.

Only one electronic socket available in the room (not even in the bathroom), away from the bed. If you have multiple devices to charge after a full day, it was getting a bit tricky to prioritize. The breakfast was quite limited in choice if you don't feel like going for a hotel-style eggs and bacon or a basic ham and cheese sandwich, and the fruit and vegetables that were available were looking not very appetizing and discolored, so not many alternatives were there.

The room and hotel facilities are excellent. Staff is very hospitable. Location is good, in a nice street.

I was in mid October and it was cold outside in the city. There was no way to turn on heating, so it got very cold in the room and I had to be in a jacket all the time. Also because there was no bathrobe, it was freezing when I got out of shower.

Kind and helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. Great location, close to metro station, restaurants supermarket is nearby. Wifi was fast. Nice little gym, got everything I needed. Good value for money.

The air conditioner did not work, and the room got very warm in the afternoon - reception staff was very polite though when I mentioned it, and I understood when they explained it is all centralized and shut down in november, when aircon is normally not needed. Power socket close to the bed would be nice. They could put some towels and water in the gym. Instruction on how to use the safe would be nice (I did figure it out) These are just recommendations for future improvement. I would most likely return to the hotel.

Very accommodating staff who go above and beyond to help you and when there were problems, they fixed them quickly. Despite dated decor, this was only in style. Good quality bed and very comfy armchair in my room. It’s not 5 star but it doesn’t claim to be. Bathroom very clean and comes with bathrobes and slippers! Breakfast was generous and with a wide variety of options, a proper bean to coffee machine, and freshly squeezed orange juice. I also have a jacuzzi bath in mine which was lovely. Late check out also much appreciated!

Decor for sure is old but functions fine. The bar / restaurant is t really what you’d imagine as one - although possibly in busier season it would feel more like one. I was the only guest there and it was a bit awkward. Finally, shame the air con is not ‘on’ in Autumn as it was still pretty warm at night, and for me is very key.

The breakfast was included in the price and was always amazing. Loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and the variety of food available. The staff were always so lovely - nothing was too much trouble. After a few days the staff in the breakfast room had our cappucino ready for us when we came down for breakfast.

There is nothing I can think if that can be improved. Some travellers may not like being out of the centre of Milan but we enjoyed it since it was less touristy.

Room had some modern features and was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The shape of the room and bathroom was a bit odd. It was annoying that the room only had electric plugs by the desk, none by the bed to charge my phone or medical equipment. Overall, the hotel is fine but feels a bit outdated.

The room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped with everything I needed. To my pleasant surprise, I received an upgrade upon arrival. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. I loved the hotel's old-classy vibe, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quiet area just outside the city centre.

The room was not fully clean and the jacuzzi in the room did not seem to work properly.

Gosh, the room was so cozy and beautiful! Really, worth all the money. Loved it a lot.

The room was quite small and designed in a way that if the chair is not put under the table, you won't be able to move past the bed. Slightly uncomfortable, but manageable.

The location was very good, easy and pleasant walk to attractions. The reception staff were very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful

Our first room had problems with the hot water but the staff were very helpful and we were able to change rooms without any difficulty

I used the Capital as my home base during a recent trip to Italy, staying there 4 separate times between trips to other cities (and leaving my suitcase with them between stays). The staff is exceptional. The rooms and beds are very confortable, even if some are small.
