This hotel is really special place. There is really strong Genius locci. There is unusual atmosphere. You can feel energy of golden old time.

Beautiful, unspoiled and a genuine place to stay. A quality building with original features and furniture. A rare opportunity to holiday as if you were back in time.

Lovely quirky hotel. Room was full of character. Good breakfast. Nice hostess. Very convenient for the motorway.

The room was just about warm enough but no extra blanket. There was an electric heater but each time we tried to turn it on, it tripped the power in the room so we couldn’t use it. Nobody on reception when we checked in.

One -off quirky experience very close to motorway.

No customer service. Shut door on arrival. Entry procedure on arrival not clear. Telephone not answered initially and later by somebody not speaking English who rang off. Breakfast rubbish and no coffee making facilities Important to read the reviews and if you value customer service, you will only stay here once.

Very weird hotel felt like I was in a terror movie, something out of a the chain Shaw movie.! Avoid if you are scared of horror 💀 movies. I'm not but this hotel is unreal. Mirror above the bed and sidewalls very weird pictures of naked women and sexual content on the walls . Outside looks like its been left to ruined, host not really friendly, receptionist not really in a mood for anything!! I have a video not sure if allowed to post on here, or let me posted.
