Comfortable and clean place, as quiet as it could be in the center of a big city but away from its cons. The building is surrounded by the streets but there was no traffic at night time. My room was facing the most quiet street. The host is nice and responsive, the problem with the shower head was fixed quickly. There is a stove but it is not listed in the description because it doesn’t work. Plates, mugs, spoons, etc. can be used. Amazingly tasty fresh croissant and a wonderful coffee was served for breakfast in cafe downstairs by nice and friendly staff. It was included in a room price at B&B. A good supermarket is just in the next building.

No one speaks English in the cafe assigned for breakfast at the B&B. It is common for Naples, and it creates complications sometimes. It is a good very small cafe but it is next to the main street with outdoor seating only (which is usual setting for Naples), so you have to eat your breakfast next to busy traffic and smoking people.

I was traveling alone and needed a location close to the port and train station for a short stay. It was perfect! Room met my expectations and breakfast was delicious at "Fortunate" bar. Clear instructions to check-in and -out, and Alessio even helped me to store my luggage temporally after checking-out! Really happy with my experience.

We spent one night in this apartment, everything was up to standard, clean snow-white bed and towels shower toilet bidet refrigerator wardrobe and a wonderful breakfast (coffee and croissant) the owner responded quickly. The location is great near the bus stop and on foot the old town

The owner of the property contacted me the night before it visit to ask when I’d arrive and advise me on procedure. The check in is completely self service and all the info is sent via WhatsApp and very easy to do. I arrived at the property which is in a fantastic location in the heart of the city. I checked in and was impressed with the security of the room and the facilities inside. The stay was great all round and the breakfast next door was lovely too (included)

Everything was fine.

A great place to stay for a couple of nights, but it was quite noisy at night—I could hear cars throughout. However, its convenient location near the train station and the easily accessible staff made it a useful choice.

Location, great communication with staff via Mobile "Whatsapp", practical more confirm information on leaving luggage and earlier check-in could be better, but worked very good. The automatic check in and out was great in terms of online communication via Whatsapp.

Knowing how to pay localtax in advance. It worked out very well anyway. A map over Napoli in the room would help... Maybe also basic info for communications: Airport/trains/ferrys...

Good staff, they let us to put our luggage before check-in and were friendly. It was clean and well located in a renovated room.

Kitchen facilities could be more.

Everything was smooth and excellent. We didn't have any problems with check-in and check-out thanks to easy to follow instructions. Beds are comfy and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast is in the cafe next to the building, it's just coffe and a croissant but its really good and enough, and the staff there was also nice. Summing up, we had really good staying.

Great value for money place, ideal for first visit. A ten minute easy walk frontage central station and about a 20min walk from the historic centre. Also handily a 5min walk from the station for herculaneum and pompeii. The room itself was a nice.size with a balcony, it has air conditioning which is good as is a busy noisy road so you'll need to keep the balcony doors closed at night. Breakfast at the cafe next door worked fine amd we felt perfectly safe walking back to the hotel at night

The room is modest, but very spacious has everything needed: private bathroom, a little kitchen corner, a table and even a couch. Everything is clean and works. Breakfast is a coffee with a croissant in the cafe downstairs, and their croissants are very good. Location is a pretty close walk from the central station. Check in is automatic and we’ve never seen any personnel inside.
