We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. We were really lucky that our balcony had a great view of the volcano. The room was cleaned every day. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable. One thing I really would highlight is how smooth the self check-in service was. Even though the apartment was not staffed all the time, the self check-in instructions (codes to enter the building, apartment, and room) were accurate and easy to follow. Even though our room was not ready for an early check-in, we were able to use the check-in codes to enter and lock our luggage in the designated large locker for storage until the room was vacated and ready. At one point, there was a building-wide power outage so we could not enter the building using the code. I texted the staff via WhatsApp and they IMMEDIATELY (!!) responded with detailed instructions on getting the backup keys out of a secure lock box. It really was exceptional service.

There was a fridge in the room, but it would have been nice to also have a coffee maker and/or kettle in the room or common area, as well as plates and cutlery to snack in the apartment.

Right in front of Porta Nolana station, which is great if you want to hop on the Circumvesuviana train before the crowd gets on at Garibaldi. Close to the central station and the port (ferries). Great for visiting Centro Storico. All amenities we could possibly need were in the apartment. Great view of Vesuvius from the balcony! Easy communication with the owner who also provided us with restaurant recommendations.

I would be afraid to walk around that location after dark. The windows aren’t blocking the sound from the street well and I was woken up by the fireworks (which came off right on the street at midnight both nights we were there) and the horns and sirens of cars passing by.

The room was clean and modern, plus points for the nice shower. The location was central, next to cafes and the train station, and the host was super nice. The balcony was cute and the view was breathtaking, especially for sunrise. The host gave very clear instructions about how to get it, more info about the doors, a list of recommendations for restaurants, and throughout our stay they checked in on us once to make sure everything went alright. They replied fast and were always helpful.

Around the location it is a bit sketchy. That's not at the hotel itself, but it's good to know. With that being said, we never experienced anything bad happen to us, it was just unexpected. Two very small things that could improve, having a hair dryer in the room, and a bit better pillows.

Everything was good, we found the address easily. The apartment is located near the train station, so you can go to the airport and not far from the center, so you can walk. I had a good rest for two nights because the bed and mattress are very good, for those for whom sleep is important.In the morning you can go out into the yard and there is a big market very inexpensive

I would like to have a kettle so I can make myself some tea or coffee and then go out for a walk.

The host was very attentive. Quiet building. Accommodation behind several locked doors so i felt safe in the room. Room was spacious and very clean. Great air-con. Working fridge. Balcony. Memory foam bed and pillows - very comfortable! Spacious bathroom. Room cleaned and tidied each day as an extra. Supermarket across the road. 10 minute walk to Napoli Centrale train station. Great place to stay as a base for Pompeii.

No cups/glasses. I fortunately had 2 plastic glasses in my case. The area isn't very desirable. Very dirty and busy. I didn't feel particularly safe outside. View from balcony wasn't the best.

The location is excellent, 7 minutes from Garibaldi Central Station and the metro, literally across the street from Nolana train station if one wants to travel to Pompei, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi. There is a bus stop of #151 which goes to the ferry if you want to go to Capri etc. There is a farmers market, freshly baked bread, and fish stalls in the back street and numerous restaurants serving delicious food at affordable prices. Towels were changed every two days, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable. Gianluca, our host, was very responsive to our queries even at 11:30 PM via WhatsApp and the exchange of keys and the storage of our luggage after we checked out was well-organized.

Some strange quirks with the hot water in one of the rooms but there was a quick fix and it was consistently running hot.

The access to the building and instructions were brilliantly whatsap through. We arrived very early and were able to put our luggage in a locker outside the apartment. This allowed us to spend a wonderful day in Naples. The accommodation was brilliant. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Naples.

The only thing that would have improved my stay would have been an Iron and Board. As of course clothes were creased from journey.

We stayed 4 nights in Napoli Central Gate.They provided us fresh towels everyday and cleaned the room. Our flight got delayed for a few hours, but we didn’t have any issues with check-in. It was very smooth! The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice sleep. WiFi works very good in the room. We visited Pompeii, Capri and Amalfi during our stay and this location was perfect to reach the public transportations by foot! To Napoli Porta Nolana was 2min walk, to Molo Beverello was about 25min walk and Napoli Central Station was 10min walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us tips for nice restaurants in Naples. I enjoyed staying in this hotel. If I come back to Naples, I would like to stay this hotel again!

Excellent experience! The room was very nice, modernly furnished, and spotlessly clean. The host was extremely kind and always available for any questions or assistance. The location is fantastic – the apartment is literally right across from the train station, which is perfect for travelers. All in all, I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely come back again!

I only spent a night here and it was great. 5 minute walk to the station and a quick taxi ride to the port. My room was bigger than expected, had a great ensuite and AC. The property was spotless and they have storage lockers if you need to leave your luggage prior to check in as I did. Easy to walk around the neighbourhood and some great food options close by. Others have mentioned noise but I found it very quiet, although it was a Sunday evening.

Everything was great and better than expected for the price.
