The staff were so helpful, polite, and friendly .breakfast was fresh produce daily. The breakfast area was spotless clean, as were the room shower toilet again cleaned on a daily basis stock replenished as and when required. The location is less than 15 minutes by bus to the centre of Palermo. Then, going out of the city from the accommodation just 15 minutes to the beautiful beach in Mondello.Then, to add to all this, the bus stops are directly outside the Villa di nera. Tickets can be purchased literally one minute walk from the B&B. Then, to add to all this, a local supermarket directly opposite the B&B. Brilliant, I could not recommend the accommodation highly enough. a 5 star standard.

We had a wonderful stay! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful – both at the reception and the lovely ladies serving breakfast. I had read some negative comments about the breakfast, but in our experience it was great – a perfect way to start the day, with fresh coffee made on the spot. The location is super convenient: there’s a big supermarket right across the street, parking in the neighborhood was easy, and you can walk to restaurants, the beach, and other nearby spots. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 8 days in an apartment and had an exceptional experience. The receptionist, Verônica, and the breakfast attendant, Fabíola, were extremely attentive and helpful at all times. During my stay, which included my birthday, they kindly assisted my boyfriend in organizing an unforgettable surprise, making the day even more special. The apartment was impeccably clean and the breakfast was varied and delicious. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return.

Spacious apartment, clean, good air conditioning, breakfast not bad, pleasant outdoor patio, polite staff who speak english, good restaurants near by, nice bathroom, beach nearby, very reasonable mini bar prices Lifehack -- there is parking available at a nearby supermarket if you leave your car before 9PM

The only thing which I found not so good was unavailability of bus or any other direct communication with city centre, the journey to the city centre is about 50 minutes despite it being only 5 km away and in order to get there by public transport need to change at a different stop, meaning there was no direct connection The area was not exactly fantastic, was a bit dirty (but the beach and some good restaurants nearby improve that)

Lovely staff making sure everything is fine. Nice stay for a family of four. The room was cleaned every day while we were out. Nice breakfast, however as we were staying here for a week, you might get bored of having the same offer every single morning. Nevertheless, you always get a nice coffee, sandwiches, croissants, fruits to choose from. In fact, it’s great to have a quick breakfast routine in the morning as you save time for all the rest Sicily has on offer :) The nearby beach is not for swimming or for anything to have leasure at, however it takes just about a 20 -30 min walk to a lovely one, and about the same time by bus to the lovely Mondello white sand beach.

Very cute room with all amenities. The mattress is very comfortable. The owner provided very good restaurants in the area. The booked parking in the driveway made everything easier. Another plus is the supermarket exactly in front of the villa. Very close to the Santuario Di Santa Rosalia.

The hotel is located on the outskirts so if you're not driving and relying on public transport it's difficult. Thank God we had a car.

The location is great, right next to a bus stop that takes you quickly to the beautiful Mondello beach. Nearby, there's a clean, beautiful, and inexpensive market. The hotel is a good value. All the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. It's so emotional when you want to leave.

Thank you to the staff for taking such wonderful care of us! We had everything we needed and got everything we asked for! They are very kind, the croissants and donuts were perfect, and the shop, beach, and public transport are nearby. Thank you for everything!

Gloria and the team were a very nice host. They helped us around and gave us a very nice room. The room was spacious and even better than what I expected! The location is good even though it is not close to the city center but it is closer to the Mondelo beach which is the biggest in Palermo I guess and there are two nearby beaches. There is a supermarket just across the street and some affordable restaurants and coffee shops around. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. I recommend using electric scooters or car because the buses are not reliable.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and kept us informed. Eurospin (supermarket) is right across the street, and the bus stops are located right in front of the accommodation, which are both great advantages. There is a rocky beach nearby (5 minutes away) that is really convenient. Although it may seem a bit dirty at first, it is very popular with local families (we were almost the only tourists there).

The accommodation didn't have anything we disliked. The only issues we encountered were with the public transport, which is often unreliable, and the amount of trash scattered across the streets of Palermo. As already said, these are factors beyond the control of the accommodation.
