The room was spacious and clean. We also liked the fact that there were many shelves and hooks in the bathroom. The food served for breakfast was tasty and we appreciated having both some savoury and sweet options to choose from. Mariella was very helpful with her recommendations for a variety of places in Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. She sent us all the details via WhatsApp, which was useful.

One thing that could be improved is the towels- they looked worn and faded (greyish rather than white).

The casale is situated very conveniently close to the motorway so ideal for a stopover. We parked our van under the trees close to the rooms. The bed was comfortable. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The best thing was the breakfast, freshly prepared and delicious. It was served outside in a lovely area attached to our room. We ate some and Mariella kindly gave us a foil container to take the rest away for later in the day. Best breakfast we ate in 7 weeks of travelling.

Nothing really - the fridge in our room was a little noisy but I got used to it.

Perfect spot to discover Puglia! Only 5 minutes drive to the center of Polignano a Mare. Big parking spot. Went for 5 nights. Every morning we had a different delicious breakfast served with a big smile.

The owner is very nice, the breakfast "lunch" is full of everything you can imagine and different every day, with local specialties. The house is very quiet with a lot of trees and a good exterior. Every room has a huge balcony with a private table for a private breakfast. The property is 500m from the first beach San Vito, good for swimming and catching a tourist boat. However, here the sand is dirty. I advise the marvelous private San Giovani beach or the public Cala Fetente (by car), although this last has pieces of plastic in the water near the sand...

Location—easy access for driving to avoid congested city & no parking. This property was outside of town with plenty of private parking at facility. Host Mariella, Flavio, & staff were friendly, attentive, and informative. Setting was peaceful & expansive, and they served a beautiful breakfast at your patio.

Bed was not comfortable; pillows were flat.

Mariella was very nice and helpful! She shared with us a file with a lot of tips and cities to visit during our stay. The room and bathroom were big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and served outside as we asked for, we had some pastries, savoury options, juice coffee and water. The parking is inside the property.

We loved everything, but please aware that you will need a car to go to the city.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She gave me an address to park for free in the city center and some options for restaurants. I.was asked what I wanted for breakfast. I asked for a croissant and coffee, but also got a plate with focaccia and other stuff...too much for me.

We had an excellent stay, Mariella (and her team) were very courteous and helpful. Mariella is extremely passionate about the regional food and prepared excellent breakfasts. Nothing was too much trouble.

Accomodation was great. Emilio upgraded us to the pink suite. This was very spacious and comfortable. 2 rooms with a bulk bed and a king size bed plus 2 terraces (front and back). The bathroom was also very functional and perfectly clear. Aircon worked great as well. I recommend the breakfast, typical pulian breakfast with panzerotti, bufalina, salami, prosciutto, fresh cheese and the usual croissant and cappuccino. Emilio and his wife were very friendly and recommended several activities and restaurants for us to try in Polignano. The outdoor areas also has a convenient parking areas (under the shade too). Location is great, very close to the beach, still quiet and relaxing. The centre is a short drive from there.

I would recommend adding shampoo and conditioner to the bathroom toiletries, plus bigger sign in order to recognize the entrance of the casale easily.

Great location to stay, close to everything (car dependent). We loved going out to towns for the day and coming home away from the crowds and chaos of town parking. Emilio and family (family busienss) was an exceptional host that made our time there special. Oh my gosh, be prepared to eat at breakfast. Also know that everything is on Italian time which is calm and slow paced. On arrival expect a deserted building as everyone is out for the day and only returned at evening for a rest and then to go back out.
