We had a wonderful stay! Our friendly host, Marco, gave us a warm welcome, showed us how everything worked, and shared great tips about local facilities, attractions, and things to do in the area. The apartment itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. From the veranda you can enjoy a lovely sea view (just as we were told in advance, there’s no sea view from inside). The property is right on a rocky beach, and a short five-minute walk takes you to a perfect swimming spot. San Vito is a charming Italian village with a beautiful small harbour, watched over by an ancient monastery. There are four excellent restaurants nearby, all serving delicious food. The surrounding area is full of stunning towns and villages to explore. We loved every moment of our stay and would happily return!

We missed having a kettle, but we simply boiled water on the gas stove to make tea.

The apartment was excellent overall – very hospitable with a welcoming touch of complimentary water, juice, bread, and jam. The host was truly amazing and made the stay feel special. Having a private garage spot with a remote was a huge plus, and the back garden opening directly to the sea offered stunning views.

I’m giving it 8 rating instead of 10 only because of the bed. At 190 cm tall, the wooden part at the base made it uncomfortable for me, and I had to sleep crouched, which caused some discomfort. It’s definitely not ideal for taller guests, but aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

Marco was very wrlcomi g as we boomed late and provided excellebt instructions to access the apartment. It comes with on site oarking which iscacreal bonus. The apartment was light and bright and very spacious. Having the kitchen is a handy inclusion if you want a break from eating out or just want to relax. The beach close to the apartment is not the easiest to access (rocky) which is normal, however hearing the ocean as it is at you back door is so nice. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was fitted out with utensils to make cooking easy. Great location for family or a couple.

Great location close to Polignano a Mare. It was a clean very nice apartment. We were there in Oct. So we didn't use the beach or sunbathing area, but it was nice and would be great in warmer weather. I reserved 4 apartments, but was the last to arrive so our traveling companions had our key for us. They were very happy with the host, who I didn't meet until we left. He was very nice. Safe indoor parking.

We (6 of us using 3 apartments) only received one working opener for the gate and that was a problem when we wanted to go out because we had 2 cars. The 4th apartment was serviced by another parking area with a different entrance. We should have each been given a working key to the drive in entrance.

Gorgeous view of the sea, very accommodating host - Floriana was lovely and welcoming. She also let us leave our luggage at Vilù Centro for the entire last day which was helpful for getting back to Bari Airport. The facilities were comfortable - air con, good window blinds, a lovely balcony, some biscottine provided for breakfast with little jams.

Sadly it was difficult to swim in the sea because there are sharp, slippery rocks all the way across the shoreline. Check-out was a little early at 10am - 11am would have made life a little easier. Those were my only negative points!

The host was on time to greet us with good communication. Mario was very friendly and explained everything very well. There was also a lot of food for us which was very nice. Everything was spotless and clean and looked just like the photos. It was a very relaxing stay.

There was sometimes a struggle with the showers hot water but Mario warned us about that. You can walk to Polignano di Mare but it is probably better to have a car

There were no trash bags and everything had to be carried outside, which was a little inconvenient. Also two rolls of toilet paper for three days and two people is not enough for people that do not use a bidet. The room was sufficient and very clean. Great location and parking available.

Beautiful apartment for 2 couples. Right on the beach. New looking and clean. Very quite. Free underground parking. Gated, thus very safe

The coffee maker wasn't that good, but that's minor. The only reason for not rating it a 10 is because it is not walking distance to Polignano a Mare, which, by the way, was stunning!

Accommodations were perfect for our family of four. Location was perfect - close to Polignano a Mare but away from the touristy hub. We also appreciated the parking that was available for quests.

The public beach right behind the apartment is very rocky. We decided to walk down the road a bit to where there was a sandy beach. We also went to a wonderful beach club 10 minutes from where we were staying.

i like the peacefull of the place and the location of it. it is between polignano and monopoli and in front at the sea!!!

The filling of the pillows was all undone, they were like loose balls and were uncomfortable to sleep on. It didn't occur to me to ask the girls to change them for me. That would be the only change that would improve
