Very nice hotel in beautiful location. We had room with oceans views and terrace and it was beautiful. Daily cleaning and changing towels. Breakfast is amazing, everything is freshly prepared! We had a car and it was nice convenient parking on property. It’s about 10 min by car or Tuk Tuk from Poligano. Keep in mind there are no taxis, just tuk tuk which is a bit costly. But if you have car there are plenty parking lots in Poligano that cheap and convenient if you want to go town. Also the Miami Beach club next to hotel is closed, so there is no pool. There is a Lido San Giovanni 5 min by foot but it’s not very good and expensive. If you want great beaches you need to drive 20-30 min south. But in any case we loved our stay and recommend this hotel !

Location and views .. The breakfast and service was excellent!

although there was direct access to the beach , we were denied it .. the owner used it but we guests told to walk the street to gain access from the public access .. keys to the beach gate were provided to us our experience would have been improved .

The hotel is actually a bit isolated, there is no shop where you can buy water (especially since the hotel does not provide it), so a car is necessary.

This is a very comfortable property fronting the sea, although it is a very rocky area and I would not feel safe swimming there, the view is beautiful to San Vito the nearest tiny village, c 10mins walk by road or 5mins by seafront via some climbing over little estuary. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained and include fridge / bottle opener. The balconies/terraces to the side and sea front are communal but each have their own chairs n table. The hotel is lovely and peaceful. I have to compliment the ladies at breakfast which is so abundant and varied, you will be spoiled !! we found a lovely small sandy cove to swim at the last turn in before the Port (it’s a 4min drive but beautiful clear, safe area and it’s a Spaggia Libero!)

Did not like the Vending machine for coffee/snacks. A small kettle in rooms would be better. No option for food or drinks after breakfast. S.Vito is a drive at night n only 2restaurants open, not every night. Polignano is c3km not suitable for walking as road busy. So no glass of vino with your evening meal when you’re driving ! I understood from reviews (my mistake!) there was a swimming pool but it is in complex next door and does not open until 29th May-3rd Sept

We traveled with our 18 months old, so it was great to have the playground available. For breakfast they offer everything that you can think of. Great view from the room. There are restaurants at walking distance.

Breakfast was hearty, filling and had a great variety. Fast and attentive service. The property was very well maintained, clean and very secure. Check-in was very efficient. Family-run business and all we’re very hospitable. Beautiful views and spacious, well-equipped outdoor lounging areas

This hotel has met all of our expectations and beyond. The breakfast was very generous ranging from pancackes, croissants and nutella doghnuts to cereal, yoghurts and fruit! The room was very spacious, airy amd very clean. In site there are two restaurants which are good value for money and serve great and genuine food. Lastly the hotel offers a very clean amd large pool as well as a playground which is great for children with big slides. Lastly the hostess Barbara was great and alwys ready to assist us whenever we had some queries…you amd your staff are the best!

Property was clean & staff was amazing. Very professional yet friendly & accommodating Location was close to centre of Polignano- about a 5 minute drive Barbara- the hotel manager was so kind Breakfast was great- eggs/ yogurt/croissants/ fruit etc….

Only thing is the owner watches everything on camera. Strange experience with him as he doesn’t seem to want to share the property. Otherwise faultless
