The TV didn't work, there was no fridge, breakfast with bacon and eggs would be nice, the room was a bit small for a tall man like me, no balcony, windows hard to open

Lovely hotel with friendly atmosphere, on walking distance from the promenade and the lake. Spacious free parking, dog friendly (free), nice garden, good rooms with great shower, French balcony, good WiFi. Breakfast was nice, served outside in the morning sun. Really recommended. Very nice stay, affordable and not far from beautiful (and expensive) Lugano, Switzerland.

Hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good - only 5 minutes walk from the lake. Having a bar at the hotel was good as it meant we could have a leisurely drink before bed. Porto Ceresio is a beautiful town on Lake Lugano, not a typical tourist destination (which is a good thing) Grazie per la confettura di Kiwi

For us the beds were a little uncomfortable, a little too hard but of course that is personal preferrence.

The staff is so nice and the breakfast a treat - I enjoyed my cappuccino each morning, along with my yogurt, fruit, croissant and boiled egg.

The towels are clean and crisp, but I wish they were absorbent terry towels. However, that is typical of Europe (also no washcloths).

The rooms are a bit dated but well maintained. Plenty of parking space. Walking distance to Lake Lugano. Very nice view of the maintains.

A bit more bath room shelf space would be useful.

Great location, the staff was wonderful!

It would be nice to have brighter light (to put on makeup) and we thought the mattresses were a bit hard, but nothing we couldn’t handle.

Very dog friendly hotel close to the lake. Spacious and clean apartment room. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety. We definitely recommend staying here.
