Wonderful staff, exceptionally clean and spacious room, gorgeous breakfasts and a fabulous location. Honestly couldn’t have picked a better or more suitable hotel for 48 hours in Rome. Will definitely return!

Had a last minute booking here for a night after we had a Passport stolen and couldn't return home. Really nice change of pace to the awful day we had. Really nice rooms, great staff who accommodated to our needs. The shower was wonderful, very clean rooms in general. I wish we could have experienced more but we just needed to sleep there and checked out next morning. Staff were friendly and I really appreciated the interaction I had with them.
Honestly, just wish we could have spent more time there to get the full experience of amenities- not at all their fault!

The location is superb for exploring the city, right in the center of everything. The staff are very helpful and professional, and the housekeeping team is exceptional—they even untangled my charger wire! The overall service and attention to detail were outstanding.
The rooms are okay, though not as spacious as they appear in photos, and the AC can be a bit noisy. Additionally, the breakfast is basic but acceptable. If you book the family room, be aware that you need to climb three steps to access the bathtub, which can be hazardous if slippery. Also, bring your own iron, as they are not available in the rooms. There is, however, an iron room in the basement that you can use.

breakfast of good quality with enough variation ;spacious and very silent room ,very friendly service hotel very well located for two important reasons ;it is nearby the Termini central station where two metrolines and a lot of express or regional trains allow you to visit the city and the region of Lazio in a rather efficient and not expensive way and the neighbourhood is full of good italian restaurants at a reasonable price ;most of the historical center is in a reach of less than 3 to 4 km.
bathroom is outdated and lacking a shower , a bigger cupboard would be usefull, if you are staying for more than three nights the TV is almost completeiy in italian ,while most guests would prefer some newssites in an international language as english, french ,german, spanish or dutch.

October 2023
My wife stayed in room #604 (6th floor) for a full month from mid-September to mid-October 2023 while I was hospitalized in Rome after surgery. The hotel is centrally situated right near Rome's main train station. Many landmarks and historical places, palazzi, museums, etc. are readily accessible by foot or are just a short taxi ride away. The room was spacious and clean. It has 2 large roof balconies with chairs and tables. But what my wife appreciated even more was the extreme kindness and understanding for her particular situation that all the helpful staff, especially Eliza at the reception and the hotel manager, showed from the first day to the very last (even finding a taxi to the airport on a day when taxis were on strike!). To summarize: a great boutique hotel that lived up to its nice reputation. Even more appreciated were the nice people working there. Many thanks! We'll be back together next time. Ciao!
It took a few days for one of the maids to understand the meaning of the "Do not disturb" sign but they did a good job. :)

Room was clean. Staff really friendly. Breakfast good. Hot tub on the roof was also very nice. Easy walk to station/metro/buses.
Our room was strange with a bath/shower set in the floor up some stairs behind the bed and then a separate room for the toilet/sink. It was clean but just a bit of an awkward set up having to climb up stairs to then do quite a big drop down into the bath. For the price it was a bit disappointing. The gym was also clean but just lacking a bit of equipment.

Staff were very friendly, went above and beyond to create a surprise oon our bed to welcome us to the room, after I mentioned it was our honeymoon. Hotel itself was very nice, room was very comfortable.
Maybe a better TV - our room didn't come with a smart TV. While there were many local TV channels provided to watch, it would be nice for the TV to have Netflix etc

The hotel is really in the center center of Rome, you can easily go around by foot, or take a train / bus. The room is nice, clean, and serviced on a daily basis. It has everything we need. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Rome!
The only point that would need improvement is the receptionist who checked us in that day, we think he is new so maybe with time his service will get better. Other than that, there is nothing else to complain about the hotel!

From Rome termini less than 10 minutes' walk consider acceptable walking location (est based on individual walking pace).
For Booking.Com - Communication and follow up for "FREE" airport pick-up (met promotion min spend) don't seem well taken care of, in view of my change in flight schedule and various e-mail correspondence. Waited for quite a while to no available for driver. In addition, for driver waiting grace period of 45mins I'm assured no one is possible to make it (maybe for light traveler with hand carry or no luggage). For example, I'm privilege for custom express clearance which all in about 10mins but to wait for luggage collection it takes more than an hour? So, it just doesn't make sense. Imagine for those who need to be queue for clearance at custom worst still.
