The rooms are nice, very well equipped, nothing was missing. Staff was nice. Every day we had our beds made, and clean towels. In the house is probably problem with humidity, but there was no mold or smell in the rooms. Some equipment could use a change, but nothing major. The location is absolutely exceptional, all the top places in Rome are within walking distance. Right behind the corner is street full of restaurants, bars and two small supermarkets. If we plan to go to Rome again in the future, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

The location is absolutely perfect — tucked away in a quiet street, but just a short walk from all the major attractions in Rome. The building has a charming, historic vibe and feels very authentic. Great value for the area.

The room was a bit small, and the soundproofing could be better — you can sometimes hear noise from the hallway. But nothing that ruined the stay.

We liked the location. The room was nice and big enough for the two of us. The air con wasn't working, but that wasn't an issue. The bar at the end of the street was a very lively place and stayed open quite late. There were plenty of restaurants and shops close by.

For what we paid, it was great. The plug sockets were few, and our adapter didn't seem to fit them. We had to plug the kettle in the bathroom, which seemed a bit odd.

The location is very good, close to Piazza Navona and to several nice cafes and restaurants. The wifi works well. The staff is very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. There's a desk to operate one's laptop.

My stay was very good, and I have zero complaints. Two pieces of information. 1- Since Roma doesn't have the best public transportation network, you may have to walk a bit with your luggage to reach the hotel area. 2- They don't have 24 hours reception: the reception opens at 9 am so will have to wait until 9 am if you want to get a ticket printed or drop your luggage on the check-out day.

Central location with easy access to shops and restaurants (literally just a few steps away). The staff was friendly, he helped me carry my luggage up the stairs to my room. The bathroom could have wall hooks to hang clothes and wet towels. Overall great value for money and comfortable stay.

You really can't beat the price / location of this accommodation, with it being on the most beautiful street and like 5mins from Piazza Navona it's the best. Rooms are cleaned daily and they are decent size with strong AC needed for the 36 degrees weather.

Please be aware that the "courtyard" they are referring to in descriptions is small dark place filled with A/Cs so it's very very hot and dark, you almost get no light from the windows.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with shopping and dining options just outside the door on a busy walking street. The room was cleaned every day to an exceptional standard. The hotel staff was also very accomodating.

The coffee bar wasn't restocked every day so unfortunately we had to go out for coffee in the mornings after day two. The double bed was just two singles pushed together so there was a large trench in the middle of the bed. I would not recommend for couples.

A good room, for a great price, in the heart of the Piazza Navona area. Major sites within a short walk and so many good restaurants it is hard to decide where to eat! We thoroughly enjoyed our five day stay.

Fantastic location. Reasonably priced and clean. Easy checking in after hours.

Needed few extra amenities- a full length mirror in room, iron and board. Otherwise all fine.

Tucked away in a prime location, Relais Palazzo Taverna was my home away from home. They were professional, kind, and made my stay the most welcomed. The room is lovely with cute decor and I even had a small terrace. You’re minutes from hitting bars, cafe, restaurants, and 20 mins or less from the most popular tourist attractions. Thank you for making my trip to Rome the most memorable. I’m coming back no doubt
