Location was excellent,just a short walk to Vatican city and the river, bed very comfortable room a good size and clean

WiFi poor in room kept dropping out, only warm water in the bathroom, it was maybe my fault I should have called the owner but I messaged them about a airport shuttle service but did not get a reply so had to look for alternative means to get to the airport, in the end went by bus, 7 euro each and the stop is only 5 mins walk for the building,

The property located in a great area, close to the St. Peter's Basilica Vatican City and Castle Sant' Angelo for walking distance. The room that we had was good and clean.

We didnt like that we could not turn on the AC. We always sleep in cold temperature. We asked to the property assistant if we could turn the AC on but was told that the AC only for summer time. Before we stayed at this property, we also stayed at different property where we used the AC regardless the season. So we opened the window for the cool air before bed time BUT we could hear people talking and mainly motorcycles noise which was quite loud, as well as the smell of cigarette smoke from the people outside window. Another thing that we did not know that the SPA (Jacuzzi) was NOT included which was abit misleading. One small issue that the toilet does not flush well.

Beautiful room, warm & cozy with lots of space

Shower handle was broken and the wait for hot water was 10+ minutes. And 1 day didn't work at all. We just left it & didn't follow up as we were okay will cool showers as the room was super warm

The location was pretty convenient, it is close to Vatican which was the main reason of my stay. The bus stop to and from the airport is like 10mins walk. The room is clean and my bed is always made whenever I return. And it is a safe building since I was travelling solo.

It was really clean and close to the attractions

The fact that there was nobody at the reception and if I needed something it was hard to get in touch with someone. I had no place to leave the luggage in my last day until my flight after I have made the check out.

Location was prime to everything close to bus stops that can get you anywhere and its 4 minutes walk to the vatican and theres mini marts across the street to get water and stuff and lots of restaurants nearby

The location was perfect, the airport shuttle bus literally stops around the corner from it! We could walk to the Vatican in around 15mins and walk downtown in about half an hour.

There were a few power cuts while we were there, mainly when the spa was in use

The suit was changed at the last moment, Hotel gave us bigger room in the other location, but it seems that quality of room was slightly worse . The advantages are definitely the location, the beautiful view from the window, convenient access to all attractions, as well as the ability to make coffee and tea in your room. Among the shortcomings, the water pressure in the shower is very bad, as well as the peeling wallpaper on the walls, but for its price, the housing option is decent

Friendly start, very accommodating. Amazing air conditioning, being from the west, that was a great surprise.

Smell of bleach was a bit strong.
