The Property/Hotel is located in a residential building 3rd floor. The Property was improved with very good taste and modern decoration. We were 3 in the room and the room was reasonable. All the communication was via WhatApp with good communication, and you will need a unique CODE to get into the main entrance of the building, the Property in 3rd Floor and room which is good for security purposes. If you want to stay close to the Vatican area this Property is a good alternative which is close to restaurants and little supermarkets.

The bathroom is small and the A/C turn On and Off when the room get to the set up temperature.

This place is not a normal hotel, it is a sort of apartment that was divided and serves as a hotel. The room was very inconveniently designed. There was absolutely no room for clothing as all cabinets were filled with duvets which was quite annoying. There was also no space to put your belongings should you wish to unpack yourself (even for small items). The most annoying part was the bathroom. For a woman it was quite tiring to do a make up or hair as there is no space to keep your things. Even cleaning teeth was challenging as the sink was wrongly designed so every time you use it the water splashes all over the bathroom. Overall we expected more for the price tag.

Excellent location, close to the Vatican and to good restaurants and shops. Handy supermarkets within a quick walk. Beautifully furnished bedroom and shower room, and a handy kitchen area at one end of the entrance hall with a coffee machine.

15 minute walk from the metro, which is only an issue if you have lots of luggage. Inside the apartment block there is a lift, but you need to climb a short staircase to reach it.

The rooms looked newly upgraded. It is located in an old building with a very very old elevator but going into the hotel property it was more modern, very clean and well kept with complimentary water, coffee and tea. We enjoyed our stay here close to everything especially the Vatican. They have a concierge in house during the day and a digital concierge through whatsapp who responds promptly. I highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing boutique hotel! We stayed in a junior suite which was ample room for a party of three. The check-in process was seamless. Although I was granted an early check-in, the access codes for the building weren't working when we arrived. Luckily, we showed up just as other hotel guests were leaving and they kindly let us in.

While the bathroom is on the smaller side, the hotel does provide good-quality toiletries.

The property was conveniently located for my needs, it’s about 25-30 min away from Piazza di Spagna. There are different commodities around the hotel, like il Gianfornio, Castroni where you can get a typical and authentic Italian experience. There’s an elevator in the building and the room is spacious, very nicely decorated and super comfortable.

The room was immaculate and very comfortable to stay. Also the complimentary drinks were really helpful.

the water sink and the tap had wrong positions so the water fell on the part of the sink that was not supposed to. It is not manned 24 hours so sometimes hard to get some services, such as borrowing a dryer.

Would be great to have a place/lockers to store safely luggage before checking-in or after checkout. Walls are pretty thin, gets very noisy when guests or staff are in lobby.

Wonderful location, great sized room for family of four. Good quality generous facilities eg soft drinks, water and espresso machine in communal area. Easy check in and out processes and really helpful staff.

Rooms are too close to each other sharing just a corridor. Complimentary water in the common refrigirator needs to be filled every hour between 8-11am
