I loved everything about this place! The staff were very polite and helpful, the location is perfect – everything is within walking distance, and the area is wonderful to explore. The room was perfectly clean, and I don’t understand why anyone would rate it lower. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and stay here again when I’m back in Rome

It was perfect for what we needed - stayed for 3 nights and only really needed a place to crash after walking around all day. The bed was very comfy, the room had lovely high ceilings, the air con worked amazingly, and the bathroom was spacious with a perfectly working shower. Thank you!

The only part I could see being a problem is if anyone has accessibility needs - the rooms are situated on the 2nd floor of the building with no lifts, so if you’re okay to walk up the stairs it’s perfect, but if not then you’d need to find somewhere different.

Perfect location! Excellent WiFi, Very Clean! A/C worked great! Sound proof windows & black out curtains. It was an excellent stay because of the location! It’s at the corner of Porta Costello & Borgo Pio, with many great reasonable restaurants. 10 min walk to St Peter’s Basilica, 20 min walk to Trevi fountain & the Spanish Steps, & 30 mins walk to the Colosseum!

4 sets of stairs w/o elevator. No refrigerator or microwave. Meeting time wasn’t clear & we had to wait to meet them for the key.

The location is actually amazing, from the window you can see The Vatican down the end of the street! Also the Gelato place right next door is so good. The lady who met us for the key was lovely! Very very cheap especially for the location. The beds were okay, although only the inner part of the duvet so likely isn't washed. Overall though great value for money and it's fairly clean.

Some weird smells everywhere but it's not so bad.

Excellent location near so many sites. Great restaurants and bars nearby and below the accommodations. Reasonable Gelato place across the street. Accommodations are so convenient to walking to sites that the more basic side of the accommodations are an easy compromise. Would stay here again.

Everything good the owner helpfull about check inn and the location very great near Vatican and supermarket carfour , also air condition work good and Everything clean . **** the stuff á woman from Philippines and she very kind and good person , really they deserve 10 from 10

The location.. is amazing and for the price is prefect!!

That isn’t clear if It’s hotel or Airbnb style .. I Thought that was a hotel so I was hopping to find a reception and there wasn’t so at the first moment I felt insecure of the place, you have to wait until the housekeeper arrives and gives you the keys… the logistic could be better ..

First and foremost, the area was near all the tourist spot in Rome especially the St. Pauls Basilica and at the Castle of the Saint. The place was accessible to everything, from resto to the public transport and shops. Also, the area looks secured as you have 3 keys given when you check-in and the area was even clean. As for the owner of the property he responded on my queries eventhough it's quite a bit late at night. The caretaker was so polite and even accompanied me to the nearest convenience store to buy some food and water as I arrived late at night. There's a cleaner who comes everyday to clean the room too. Overall, I will stay on this place again in case I travel back to Rome in the future and will highly recommend it to my friends.

The only downside of the property was there's no lift and the internet connection was really poor.. I hope they can do something about it tho. Also, you need to bring your own soap and shampoo as they don't have anything on the property. :)

Apartment is really nice. Close to Vatican city and castle Saint Angelo. Has a really good sound proof windows and air condition.

We need to provide a kettle since there is no breakfast
