So, me and my husband choose to stay in this hotel for our honeymoon trip for 6 days. We at first choosed it for its amaizing location (st. Peters basilic is just a few steps away and Vatican museum is very close as well). Colloseum is also close about 3 km away , Fontana di Trevi less than 3 km away (we were everywhere on foot to fully experience the spirit of this beautiful city). When we came we were amazed by kindness and hospitality of the hotel receptionists, they offered us help for booking tickets to Vatican museum and colloseum and they call their taxi driver to pick you up right by the hotel if its needed in any time. Everyone in hotel are super kind and professional in every way possible, special regards to Francesca that works in bar of the hotel, such a postitive and amazing person! The room was comfy and perfectly clean, bathroom is super clean as well. Every night after a long day of walking and enjoying the cities vast beauty we came back to perfectly tidy room. We recomend to book a room with breakfast envolved because its very versatile and you can choose whatever you like from croassiants to egg omelette or nutella with nice bagles. Also in the area of the hotel there are very nice restorants to take lunch or dinner which is great if you like to walk all day long same as us and come back hungry again but cant walk so far any more😂 In summary we are very happy that we stayed in this hotel and Thanks to all the employes for making our honeymoon completely perfect! 🥰 Kind regards from Croatia, Natalija & Victor

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We arrived early and the hotel was able to accommodate us. And were able to help us with our luggage until our departure. The room was spacious with a terrace and had all of the amenities (shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer etc) with plenty of towels. The air conditioner worked great during the summer (June 2024).

Although the rooms were very clean, there was a silverfish small insect that was in the room. Beds and pillows were firm which wasn’t the most comfortable.

We booked the double room which was really small, not at all 18m2, so we requested a room upgrade. We chose the junior suite and was much better. A room with the bed and a balcony, a bathroom and a siiting room with sofa table and a second tv. So if.yoi are staying more then 2 nights i suggest we choose a suite. The bed was really comfortable, there was aircondition where you can adjust the temperature on your own. Everybody at the reception was really helpful and kind. We also requested late check out and we had it untill 1 for free. Good Wifi as well. Hotel.is at the center of everything. I sugget to visit Grekos, a greek restaurant at Prati, few minutes.walk from the hotel. Other than that, the street where the hotel is, is full of restaurants.

Face towels were more like kitchen towels, small and thin. No kettle but espresso machine. They offer two esspresso capsules and if you want more you need to pay for them at the reception. If you are a person who likes instant coffee like me, then you can not have it in the room. There is no view except from the executive suite which i suppose is the one and only suite at the last floor. However, the balconies are small, but nice. The breakfast is not worth to pay for. Too little choices, everyday the same. You can visit one of the beautiful cafe/restaurants to have your breakfast. However, if you want to have it at the hotel, you will sure find something to full your stomach.

Welcoming and professional staff....superb. Room cleaned everyday and spacious with a bath. Spotless hotel. Great breakfast. Very close to St.Peter's square( 6 minutes walk). Loads of restaurants nearby. Really quiet at night. Powerful shower and 5 star beds, so so comfortable. A gem of a Hotel in the centre of Rome. Mamo Gelato across from hotel ...excellent. Look no further! Will be back for my 60th. This was the making of a wonderful holiday.

The location is excellent, very close to St Peter basilica and Castel Sant Angelo, and well connected to the rest of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also very clean. Most importantly, it has an elevator, which is a big plus when you have luggage to carry. There are many good restaurants in the area, which is great.

The sink in the room was kind of cluttered and it was a pain to use it. I suggest they check the bathrooms before the guests do the check-in, to make sure the sinks are not cluttered and the shower does not leak.

Everything was perfect, couldn't have asked for more. Perfect location, quiet and peaceful area, very clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. After many trips and various accommodations in Rome, Hotel Della Conciliazione is certainly the best and the one I will come back to from now on.

We spent our honeymoon there and were given an upgrade to the pent house suite 501. It had a gorgeous balcony with perfect view of St Peter's Basílica! Wonderful spacious suite with jacuzzi. Marika the reception manager was very helpful.

Excellent hotel - boutique style. We stayed there for 6 days. On a wonderful street that is pedestrian and has many gelatarias, pizza , sandwich, espresso, convenience store , pharmacy - anything you need really! Close to some many restos an and walking distance to the Vatican. Easily can access all the sites via taxi. Breakfast was more than I expected. Hot and cold food and espresso! Clean and comfortable. The rooms were large and it was a nice surprise to get a large patio and my family had a Juliette and a balcony. I can go on and on. Would highly recommend!

Location: Absolutely ideal. We loved being surrounded by local restaurants with real Roman flavor. For families with kids (especially picky eaters from the U.S. like ours), having a McDonald’s just two minutes away was surprisingly helpful! Room & Amenities: The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for our family of five. The air conditioning worked well even during the heatwave, which made a big difference after long days out. Staff: The team was friendly and welcoming. They were knowledgeable about the area and happy to offer tips—just like most locals we met in Rome.

Breakfast: It was decent, though we would’ve liked a few more hot options. Not a major issue, especially with so many great eateries nearby.

The staff were exceptional and made our stay so much better. They were very friendly and very helpful. Especially Max who greeted us when we first arrived and got us into one of our rooms early eventho we arrived in the morning. The next day, my son got a bad case of gastro and Max helped call for a locum doctor. He also helped with information on calling Ubers and giving directions to the Vatican etc. Max and Alessandro stood out for their high level of service and friendliness. The location was really good. Very close to St Peter’s Square, Vatican museums , and has great restaurants on the street. Just step out of the hotel, and there are good restaurants on either side.

It was rather noisy. The doors tend to slam shut. And we were facing the street and so it was rather noisy with the restaurants and garbage collection in the mornings.
