Lovely owner that made sure we weren't lacking anything and gave us a lot of tips about restaurants and places to visit. Airport bus stops close by so easy to access. Room was not very big for 3 but had everything you needed and was spotless. Within a short walking distance from Vatican, shopping street nearby but not as touristy as neighborhoods closer to the center. A lot of very good restaurants just around the corner. Would highly recommend!

Art Atelier Borgo is an exceptional accommodation in the heart of Rome. Mateo gave excellent recommendations for restaurants to visit, and they were absolutely outstanding! The room was perfectly arranged, clean, and comfortable. The beds were ideal—very cozy and provided a great night's sleep. There was also a mini-bar. Everything was neat and well-organized, making the stay even more enjoyable The atmosphere here is cozy and elegant, blending Rome’s historical charm with modern comforts. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to make guests feel truly welcome. Matteo’s attention to detail and genuine desire to help make the stay even more unforgettable. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a trip with friends. Art Atelier Borgo is undoubtedly one of those places that makes you feel at home in Rome! There was absolutely nothing to dislike! Everything was perfect—from the hospitality and location to the comfort and atmosphere. Definitely a place I would love to return to!

The two best parts of our stay at Art Atelier Borgo were the location and the host! Matteo was extremely helpful and considerate, offering useful suggestions and advice right from the start. Everyone was nice and helpful and the breakfast was an added bonus that made everything easier. The location is perfect, within walking distance from St Peter's Square and very close to the historic centre. The neighbourhood is lovely and vibrant, serviced by many buses and close to a metro station. The room was clean and warm, the bathroom was spacious and new.

The only problem was the humidity that caused the room to smell a little. The fact that there was an elevator was a plus, though it was understandably small since the building is very old.

The breakfast is minimal - hard to accept for a stay longer than one day. On the second day, we went to the closest Restaurant for a nice sandwich and coffee. You are ordering black tea; you receive black coffee. Worth underlining, that there is an option to left a luggage before checking in or after check out. At the end I was asked to pay a second time, but fortunately, after asking to verify everything finished well. Excellent location nearby Vaticano and in walking distance of most important locations.

Quality of the breakfast. Quality of the coffee. This kind of breakfast shouldn't be advertised in the location as "included".

The location is very convenient for visiting Vatican city and St.Angelo. It's only 20 min to Piazza Navona as well. Metro Octaviano is just in 5-7 min.walk. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The owner/staff were really friendly and gave us useful recommendations.

It was noisy. No sound proof at all. You can hear not only children crying in the room next to yours, but also all the people who come to the property, use microwave on the kitchen and so on. Somehow, I was expecting more privacy as the room had 'de luxe' in its name.

Everything was great during our stay. The apartment is located very close to the Vatican and the Castel Sant Angelo. It is very close to central roads from where you can take the bus. Also close to the riverside to have a nice walk during day time and also in the evening. The area has many options for food and drinks. The rooms were always clean and thoroughly cared for. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, as well as Matteo, who was very friendly and caring for his guests. If you ask him for recommendations nearby to eat or drink, he is more than happy to help. Very great understanding of hospitality. Strongly recommended

It’s was very modern in the inside, and it was very clean when we first arrived. The bathroom was amazing, also very clean and the stuff there was very polite. Also it’s on the perfect area if you want to visit all the monuments in Rome, with easy access on everything. I recommend you this place 100% if you want to visit Rome. Matteo, the owner, is just amazing, no bad words for this man, anything a needed, he was answering immediately!

The location is perfect, very central e close to some of the main attractions in Rome! Very nice host, breakfast was good and the times of check-in and checkouts are very convenient! There is a public shuttle bus to the airport Fiumicino stopping 5 minutes walking from the location

The walls are a little bit thin so you might hear some small noises of people having breakfast, but it didn't ruin the overall experience.

Perfectly clean, cosy apartment in the very center of Rome, in walking distance to the main attractions of the city: the Vatican is literally 5 minutes walk, to the Trevi Fountain half an hour walk. The host Matteo was very welcoming and courteous, was always in touch from the moment we booked. We were also very pleased with the breakfast which was a delicious cappuccino, hot croissant and freshly made toast with ham and cheese. Everything was great, we will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Rome.

Matteo is a great host! Very helpful and quick to communicate. Our room was ready before the check-in hours and we were able to leave our luggage after checking out and pick it up later. Also, we received a bottle of wine on the last evening of our stay which was a much appreciated gesture.

Breakfast could be a little more varied and the room could use a mirror.
