I love the location of the property, it’s 5-10 minutes walk from so many attractions like St Peter’s basilica and also closer to many shops.

Nothing, although they can add more choices to their breakfast.

The property was good felt like a hotel, the rooms however felt like an apartment, we took room B5, it was nice but no view, however it was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment, comfortable beds, and perfect continental breakfast on the roof with a view of the Vatican and the castle.. the location was great! Staff was very helpful and professional.

The lighting of the rooms was very dim, a bit gloomy and not the best, the bathroom and shower was a bit small but it was ok. No views in some rooms.

This aparthotel is a perfect option for family travellers. Super clean, quiet and well equipped (the only minor issue was the lack of wine glasses in the kitchenette :-)...especially in Italy, this is a must :-). The staff were very nice, generous, smiling people all around. Breakfast is very varied, tasty (if you do not like the hotel machine coffee, the staff will make you a perfect freshly made Italian cappuccino, which is wonderful). The breakfast area on the terrace with a magnificent view of St Peter's Basilica, the Angel's Castle and Old Rome...this was a great experience. It's very cosy, quiet, great location, great neighbourhood. Perfect choice of restaurants right next door. The treasures of Vatican City are just a few minutes walk away. Also very close to the city centre. Highly recommended. Looking forward to returning in the future!

The location, the view, facilities (it has a laundry!!!!) and the staff, all were so inviting and hospitality. The room was modern, great quality furnishings and plenty of amenities and kitchen items such as glasses, cutlery, working dishwasher, drinkable tap water, freshly made beds everyday and restocking of bathroom amenities. Walk out and you have everything you need to enjoy Pratti. It’s literally a short stroll away from Vatican walls and minutes from entry gates. Back street, Borgo Pio, is brimming with restaurants where you can have a cheeky afternoon glass before your walk, and finish the day with a choice of great meal with a glass or two more. Local convenience store is 10 seconds away from the property, you get your drinks and emergency chocolate supplies for late night cravings should you choose. The breakfast was lavish each day with many choices of pastries, cheeses, eggs and protein including yogurts. Honestly the best accommodation of our trip to end the trip. We stayed near Trevi on arrival and finished the trip with Trianon.

The air conditioning wasn’t operational due to some local restriction so it would get hot and stuffy by afternoon. However, leaving the windows open for 10-15 minutes would sort that out. This isn’t a problem for most people in spring and winter but could be an issue for hot days in during winter to spring transition.

The property was lovely and mostly clean, with a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent—one of the best we’ve had in Italy! The apartment rooms were spacious and secure, and the facility had a washer and dryer, which was a huge plus for our family of five. My husband and I traveled with our infant and two kids, and we really appreciated how quiet it was at night.

We noticed dust and other particles blowing out of the vents into the room, so it would be a good idea for them to clean the ducts. Additionally, the beds weren’t as comfortable as we had hoped.

Excellent stay, spacious and fully equipped apartment. We are 4 people including two kids. So, we got the sofa bed in the living room also arranged for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped with Dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, microwave oven and a refrigerator. There are plates, glasses, cups, cutlery etc. Pots and pans were also provided however, they were very few. The first day when I gave this feedback, the staff arranged several more pots and pans the immediately. Towels, and extra pillows were provided. The apartment was cleaned every day and the towels etc. were also changed every day. Key card opens the front door of the building and the apartment - so no challenges with safety. Very supportive and friendly staff. Excellent location - Walking distance to Vatican City, Vatican Museums, Castel Sant Angelo, Ponte Sant Angelo, Piazza Navona, etc. There is a small shop in front of the hotel but read bad reviews online so never visited that shop. However, just round the corner roughly 100 m is where Carrefour is and across the road is Pam local. We got everything we need in these two supermarkets. We always took the taxi to every place we went if we were not walking. It was pretty convenient and cost effective. However, beware there are some taxi drivers with faulty meters and charge so much more. Everyone speaks English so never a challenge with the language in the city. Airport to the hotel or back - take a taxi, it is fixed cost of 55€. very convenient. Breakfast is nice. There are options of pancakes, various breads, cakes, eggs, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, coffee, juices etc. There are several restaurants nearby. There is a possibility to have drinks in the evening in the hotel - however, we never got to explore that. There is small elevator in the hotel, even though tiny, serves the purpose. Overall, this is a very nice hotel, and we enjoyed our stay there. Totally worth the money we spent, and we definitely recommend it.

Only scope for improvement: It would be better if there is a change in the menu of breakfast, at least a few items different from one day to another, if possible. We stayed for 5 nights and having the same breakfast every day for 5 days became a little boring towards the end.

The location is fantastic—just a stone's throw from the Vatican and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat. Other popular sights like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are also within walking distance, especially if the weather’s nice and you enjoy exploring on foot. One bedroom apartment had so much space and had everything we needed and much more. Toiletries provided were of good quality and the complimentary slippers were a lovely surprise. Area was quiet at night so sleep wasn't a problem. Breakfast was enjoyable, mostly continental, but there were some hot options too—like boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, and their take on baked beans. There’s even a pancake machine, which was a hit with the kids, despite being a bit slow. Having a view of the Vatican while sipping your morning coffee is definitely a bonus. As with most hotel breakfasts, it’s best to avoid peak hours, as the food area becomes small with many people. Grateful for the luggage storage provided, we were able to walk around on our last day without dragging our suitcases in cobbled streets.

Wish there had been more choices for people with dietary requirements for breakfast - lactose free yoghurt, gluten free bread/biscuits, etc.

We were expecting a room as listed; what we got was a full flat and a very nice one at that. The staff were wonderful and helpful and the location feels like you're kilometers away from everything and yet you're pretty much around the corner from Vatican City. Would VERY much recommend staying here. The rooftop breakfast terrace was great and just inspired you to go see EVERYTHING with such a great view. We never felt out of place or unsafe and you could stay in a two or three block radius and enjoy ALL the local foods... not to mention the convenience store less that 5 meters from the front door stays open late. FANTASTIC location.

This hotel was very nice! They provided an excellent breakfast every morning with spectacular views! Great location for visiting the Vatican and Castel St Angelo. The whole apartment was so spacious and fit our family of 4 adults wonderfully!

The walk to the nearest Metro stop was an 11-minute walk. We would have liked to been closer. Depending on which bus, the bus stops were a 4-7 minute walk. Also, unfortunately, our view from our room looked out on a secluded street where some homeless people stayed in their tent. The view also included a painting on an adjacent building of a "man taking a dump". I would consider this hotel to be ritzy and fancy and we paid a lot of money for it but to see our view it was disappointing and diminished the value of such a nice place.

Very charming, stylish large rooms, windows that open, beautiful daily breakfast with plenty of protein, fruit, yogurt, pastries, fresh juice, delicious cappuccino. Great room for breakfast with beautiful views. Close to everything! Air conditioning worked excellent, super quiet. Even had a little gym and a free washer and dryer, which was great bc Rome was very hot and we were traveling for 2+ weeks. Lovely staff, even arranged transport. I asked for something and it was brought up very promptly, We miss it already. Thank you!

Bring your own electrical adapters if coming from US. No problem oh just bought one across the street.
