I had the most incredible stay at At Your Place. To start, the area of the air b&b is super nice and very residential so it’s calm and not crazy and still a great close distance from many of the things anyone visiting Rome would want to see. The building itself is adorable and super secure. Luca greeted us himself and showed us around the place which was very welcoming, clean, and homey. He was so nice and explained his routine for the air b & b (in which he provides coffee and pastries for his guests every morning!) Our room was perfect and he had more space than we even needed! Came with a huge balcony and lovely bathroom. Couldn’t stop raving about this place to my friends who are living in rome abroad and told them that if visitors ever need a place to stay that they should book here! Such a great place couldn’t say anything bad about it

my choice was mainly based on the location and it was perfect, the area nice with lots of little restaurants in a pedestrian street, a mini supermarket, organic food store and Bavarian pub. Luca, the owner offers croissants every morning and was very helpful to obtain a taxi on the departure day

to to difficulties in mobility I had to have an elevator. The elevator was accessible after a few steps, but to reach the flat a few more steps climbing and descending after a little bridge between two buildings. In the beginning it was a bit impressive but at the end everything worked nicely

Air-conditioning! It was very hot during our visit and Luca's place was heaven. Location, near Vatican and carrefour downstairs. Room, spacious, clean and love the balcony. Everything you need is in his place especially in the kitchen. The free Croissant was very delicious. Luca replies fast and helps in any way like recommendation of good places to eat, hotel pickup etc. Beds were soft and comfortable.

Only the stairs. There's a lift going to the 5th floor. Then a few more steps of stairs going to his place. This is ok if you don't have a huge luggage like us.

The location was great, most attractions were within a 20-30 min walk. Lots of nice restaurants nearby along with a supermarket. The host Luca was a lovely person and provided fresh croissants for breakfast. The room was cleaned every day. It was great to have a small balcony and to hear the vibrant city noise. The room was sound proof and we had a good nights sleep. We have 3 single beds which were comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Luca !

We liked everything.

Luca is a wonderful host. Excellent, timely, and clear communication. The location is perfect for walking to all of the main attractions. The building is charming and the room was clean and very comfortable with a large window that faces a beautiful courtyard, so lots of light during the day and room darkening shades for a great night's sleep. Cappuccino and croissant in the morning was a great way to start the day!

I really can't think of anything that could have been improved. I was traveling by myself and felt very safe. This room would also work well for two people.

Perfect location, close to Vaticano and about 20 minutes to the center.Great to have a balcony (even if small) and a shared kitchen with a fridge to store our snacks and breakfast.

if you are not a fan of old fashioned elevators, the 5th floor is quite a climb! Room with 3 beds is quite small. Bathroom was comfortable with a good shower.

The location was exceptional. In a very upmarket area of Rome. Moments from the Vatican which meant we got to pass it often and saw it lit up at night without the crowds. Room was clean, bright and very quiet, a good size by Rome standards with a small balcony and lovely waterfall shower. Great value for money. Would highly recommend l. There is a small carrefour supermarket a few minutes walk away and lots of lovely restaurants.

Nice room. Clean every day. Everything we need was there. Croissants in the morning and coffee machine was great bonus. Excellent location - close both to Vatican as well as City center and key sightseeing points. Bus stop close by. Luca the host was helpful and shared key information very effectively. All great.

Just had a wonderful time in Rome staying at "At your Place", the host was fantastic nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculately clean and very quiet which for me was important as I'm a light sleeper. The location is also super the longest walk I had was 2.3 miles to the Colosseum.

It was nice to have the pastries in the morning. Luca was very good and clear at communicating on how to get into the room, etc. Thanks for providing the info on the airport shuttle! The location was great, within walking distance to many attractions and with nice restaurants & stores.
