The host was super attentive. Excellent location, right beside Vatican City. Free pastries and coffee in the morning were a nice touch. Secure building with easy access. The room was super clean. Highly recommend.

If you are looking to spend more time around the main part, it's a bit of a walk from the property. The coliseum was about 30mins walk which we did not mind as we got to soak in the atmosphere walking through the little streets.

The location is fantastic, the room had a fridge and was very clean and spacious

We struggled with the hot water, there were no instructions and it was cold for two days

Great communication prior to arrival, right from booking with clear instructions given as well as throughout the booking Great space in the room and kept clean and presented well - even had a bed bar for our toddler and such a cute made up cot for our baby as well as a changing mat. These little touches went a long way! We liked to have the choice of when our room was serviced by just hanging the little sign if we wanted our room made up. We were able to leave our luggage after check-up before getting out airport transfer - this was really handy. The amenities in the room when we arrived were helpful - toothbrushes, toothpaste, water bottle and tea bags. Great WiFi!

We found out on our last day that there was a washing machine and kitchen area available for use for an additional cost - this would have been helpful to know for throughout our stay however this isn't a major issue for us.

I did NOT receive automated entry instructions before leaving Australia and had NO internet to access instructions when arriving in Rome as they were sent after I left home... BIG issue for me on arrival.

The location is great. Close to everything but not in the middle of the whole mess. The neighborhood is also great. All staff was great and supper available.

Plaza Adriana is a busy place traffic wise. There was some road noise in one of the rooms during the evening.

The property is in a very good location right next to the castle and round the corner from the Vatican. It is also very close to some good restaurants so if you don’t want to walk too far for dinner after pounding the pavements sightseeing there are plenty to pick from. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who was very friendly and explained everything to us. Room was spotlessly clean and simple but very comfortable. Complimentary cake, tea & coffee put out in reception area for guests to help themselves to. The small number of apartments at Vaticano was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Kettle & fridge provided in the room which is good (got to have a cup of tea when we get up) but plastic cups!

Location is excellent, particularly if you plan to visit Vatican city. Its in a walking distance, but a bit far from the Colosseum and Roman forum. Nice clean room.

It was difficult to get in. Even though we've got instructions from the host upon virtual check in. you had to get through two heavy doors using code or phone app, non was easy and it took us a while to get in which is particularly uncomfortable with heavy suitcases. I suggest to share to checking instruction with all the family/group members so everyone has it on their phone.

Excellent location. Not far from Vatican museums and from the other side rather close to the city center. Everything clean and comfortable. Large room, comfortable bed. Supermarket in 5 minutes walk.

Three things : the method of electronic entrance is not so comfortable and sometimes doesn't work. The response of Barbara took time. It means you may stand near the door waiting for her response. She booked a private taxi for me and didn't update me about the price. I paid 40euro to arrive at Termini. The day before I paid 15 euro! for the same route from Termini to the guest house. Generally speaking the service could be better.

We caught the bus from Rome airport and it arrives one street away from the apartment. So easy! The apartment is large, clean and great bathroom. There is lots to see very close and all facilities nearby. While you are in the city of Rome in this apartment you can still hear birdsong

The apartment needs a phone for entry so having charge on your phone is needed.
