The welcome we got from both staff was very professional and made us feel like home. They gave us a few tips on where to go and see (better than in the tourism information). The room had a lot of space along with the big bathroom. They put us Nespresso coffee capsules every day, which we greatly appreciated early in the morning. They also left some pastries in the kitchen as a little treat for their guests, which we thought it was such a nice detail! On the checkout day, they let us leave the bags in the property so we could enjoy the last few hours without carrying the weight. Really really nice 🙂

The buildings lift was very old and was stuck between floors at one point. Not the hotel owner's fault, but something to keep in mind if you suffer from claustrophobia. The outside of the lift was beautiful, a unique piece of art and history.

It was a very good location if you want to be near the Vatican and St. Peter’s Square. There’s a great gelateria, bakery and quaint little market on the same block…good restaurants nearby - especially La Soffitta (7-minute walk). There’s a cute little kitchen with a larger fridge, Nespresso coffee, tea and fresh croissants available to guests in the morning. The staff - Vanessa and Mary were lovely … very communicative and get lots of great suggestions in the neighborhood. They always responded quickly.

Room was a little bit on the small side, but totally understandable as it is a big city…

Very friendly staff and great communication. The room is clean and the beds were comfortable. There's air conditioning in the room that you can control and the bathroom is a nice size. The building feels safe as you need to get thru 2 coded doors and then a key to access your room. Fabulous location with easy access to Vatican City and Sant Angelo castle. Feels like you are staying at an apartment in the city.

I didn't mind it but some might ... you need to carry your suitcase up a set of stairs upon entry in order to reach the elevator. Loved the old classic elevator but would be important for some people to know that it is small and will not accomodate more than 2 people plus luggage. There isn't a traditional check in desk if you aren't available to check in at specific times but reception explained the process very well and made it easy to come in without seeing anyone. We had 3 in the room and it was very tight but we didn't spend much time there and the beds were comfortable so it was fine. The things we loved and enjoyed might not be for everyone. So, I recommend this place but perhaps not for those who prefer a more traditional hotel experience.

Tha location is so good and it is very safe staying here. We can see police officers with guns just few hundreds meters away at night. The shared kitchen is very lovely and I love the air condioner and fridge in our room.

I wish the bathroom door was stronger to prevent water from coming out.

Everything about this room was perfect. The contact-less checkin was excellent. (only hitch was that they did not tell us that our room was in block 12 in the 4th floor, we had some confusion looking for Room #2 after we reached the 4th floor), we just tried the code in the first block #12 and it worked). The room was very neat and clean and it was in proximity to all the major landmarks in the city. The room was very close to the Metro Station. Everything was excellent about the room. We loved our stay in Capricci Romani. And the lift, we fell in love with it.

The room was a bit cramped for 3 adults, but since we did not stay much in the room it was fine. Really there is nothing that we didn't like

Capricci Romani is a real gem. From the moment we arrived, everything went according to plan. The place is excellent, but the standout was Dario. His warmth and great hosting truly made our trip perfect. Great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Rome.

All good so nothing to add here.

The property was well situated, very close to Vatican City and in a lovely neighbourhood with good food. The suite had a guide book of restaurants they recommend with the distance and reservation numbers. The suite also had coffee, cereal, milk, bottled water and breakfast crackers/jam. The air conditioning was powerful so we were able to cool off quickly after a day of touring.

The bed, pull out sofa and pillows(!!) were rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. My husband and I had to sleep on the pull out because it was causing our child pain to sleep on it. Perhaps this is an Italy wide phenomenon as all the beds during our 3 week trip were firm.

Great location near Vatican! Nice room with a kitchen area next to our room for continental breakfast. Very friendly woman in charge. Very helpful at setting up transportation. Near many things such as great restaurants and shopping.

It was more of a B&B than hotel—but that was fine! Enjoyed the stay!

Great location! Easy walk to any place or a bus. The surounding is very nice and quiet: coffee shop, restaurants, supermarket and others are just below. Very easy self checkin. Room was reasonable size, we got the newer renovated rooms in the opposite building and they were lovely. Great espresso and pastries in the morning. Jessica was very helpful! Thank you for a great vacation!

Just some small things: Missing a closet or more drawers in the room. We couldn't open the curtain and let the light inside since there were windows just in front of us. Didn't see the staff too much, maybe it is worth to arrive before 10am to be more available to guests.

It is in a very nice location close to Vatican. The unit seems to be in a historic part of the town. They have a breakfast area where you can make your own coffee and tea and they have the provisions. They also provided some complimentary pastries for breakfast even though there is no breakfast included in the deal. The host was very nice and took extra efforts to handle our requests

The quadruple room has limited space but the beds are comfortable and provides comfortable sleeping for four people.
