So much to like! I was obsessed with the blue bed frame and the stylish tapestry, but the bed was also one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! The location is also perfect as it's on a side street, just 2min walk from the Vatican and next to a street with multiple restaurants and yet, it felt so much calmer than the other side of the river. Yes, you do still hear noises from the streets, but nothing earplugs can't fix. The communication with the hotel was also smooth, and we received clear instructions with videos on how to enter the building.

The TV stand in the middle of the room was slightly inconvenient. The bathroom would benefit from having a squeegee to get the floor a bit drier after a shower.

The location of this property is absolutely superb! It's just a 2-minute walk to St. Peter's Square and less than an hour's stroll to the city center. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. Even when we didn't specifically ask, we found things like fresh towels waiting for us. The owner is simply wonderful! She went above and beyond to help us communicate and sort out an issue with our lost luggage. After checking out, she also allowed us to store our luggage until it was time for us to head to the airport. Thanks to this, our stay in Rome was even more beautiful 😍 I highly recommend this place 🥰

Very nice property, well located next to St Peter’s square & the Vatican City, rooms were very nice & tidy and also was cleaned daily. The hosts were very helpful in giving instructions how to enter the room and also giving us somewhere to store our bags after check out until our flight, would definitely come again and recommend to others. We picked the room with a spa bath/jacuzzi in it and it was really nice to get back after a long day of walking and be able to relax.

Nothing really, we had 0 complaints over the duration of our stay.

The location is just perfect, if you are visiting Vatican City, then this is the perfect place, just 300 meter away. Oh yes, more than anything, if you are booking any cab, just type the hotel name, with out any issue, your cab/taxi will come to the front door. Check-in process was so smooth with out any person's intervention. You will find a lot of restaurant near by at late night too( I am talking about approx 11:00 PM night )

If you are looking for great 5 star hotel or ambience, then you might not like this. Being said that, they have a great washroom with full basic stuffs. Clean too.

Prati is a charming and upscale neighborhood in Rome that offers a great base for exploring the city. Its location near the Vatican makes it especially convenient for those interested in visiting the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. Prati also boasts elegant streets, historic cafés, and a variety of shops and restaurants, providing plenty of opportunities for leisurely strolls, delicious meals, and shopping experiences.

The room and location were excellent. We loved being able to have a modern feel in a city like Rome. There was a “self check in process” which I loved and the rooms have multiple number coded locks to enter so you aren’t carrying around a key. Aline the host was very helpful via the chat function and allowed us to check in early as well as do baggage storage. The location was right next to a number of lovely restaurants and very close to the Vatican too.

The rooms aren’t sound proof so we could hear people in other rooms talking and the doors opening/closing anytime someone left the building.

The place is very complete. From the facilites to location, this place was excellent! The room was beautiful including the washroom with an amazing bathtub. The shower is just a pleasure to use, spacious, with good quality of shampoos, body lotion, etc. The bed is confortable and quite. The location is just perfecto especially if you want to visit The Vatican City. But, you can still visit main places by walking from the property. Access to the apartment was clear and the smart key lock made everything simpler. Thank you to the host we were able to visit The Vatican they allowed to store our backpack after checking out.

There is a opportunity to improve the wifi and TV signal.

Very convenient keyless check in systems. The beds are comfortable and the location is amazing. Unfortunately for our stay the bathroom had an ant infestation. However, the host immediately gave us another room, allowed us to use both so we can maximize the bed space. It was a bit inconvenient but these things happen - what mattered is the host accommodated rapidly and fairly. Got an extra room and a full refund. Can't complain about the host. I would stay there again if I was in Rome and guaranteed didn't have to use a different room on a different floor to use the bathroom. I think my experience is a one off so I wouldn't judge the booking if I were you. I'd still recommend staying here. Stones throw away from the Vatican and nice rooms

The unique experience I had with ant infestation and needing to use a different room on a different floor to shower etc. The AC also wasn't too strong in my room in particular but the others seemed to be ok. As I said this is a one off experience

- Good location very close to Vatican and walking diatance to Trastevere, Piazza di Spagba and other central locations. Restaurants, gelaterias, and suvenir shops are all very close to the area. The area is busy during the day but quite during the night. - Smooth check-in with clear instructions. - Good size room and spacious bathroom with nice decor (as per the photos). Fluffy towels. - Daily cleaning is available (upon request). - Very responsive staff via WhatsApp.

- Poor soundproof. The noise from the corridor and the upper floor was like we had roommates in the room. - We didn't have enough hot water dueing 1st night and the next morning, but our host made the best to fix the issue the sooner possible (and offered chocolate box for the inconvenience caused). - A coffee machine with capsules would be of utmost importance and help (especially in a city whereas a small coffee costs approx 4-5 euro or even 7-8 euro is more centeal spots).. - The mattress was of a great size, however not very comfortable as it seems that it was already shaped and heavily used.

Location was prime. We could access the Vatican and the San Marcos Square two short blocks away! The restaurants and shops! everything was perfect. The metro station (even when undergoing repairs) is a couple blocks away. This place is a jewel!! Loved it and would come back.

The metro station being closed for repairs. We had to walk to a further metro stop with luggage, but this is not a common occurrence so I would recommend this place to anyone trying to visit the Vatican This is PERFECT!
