Excellent accommodation, ticking all the boxes you need for a short trip in Rome. Perfect location with only a minute walk to the Vatican, 8-10 mins to the nearest metro Ottaviano, and 5 minutes from Castle di Angelo. Federica the manager is efficient and very good with communication and arranging things for you. The accommodation has a few rooms and we stayed in one of them. It is a small inn but other guests were quiet and respectful, so we had lovely quiet evenings with the children. The place also has a communal room where you can make your tea and coffee, use the fridge, microwave and dishes. Just as it is all said and shown omunder the description. Room is well equipped with minibar, TV, kettle and snacks. Bathroom is clean and very comfortable with plenty of towels and soap available. Beds are very cosy, clean and large. Check in was simple and easy, and so was check out. There are lots of restaurants and gift shops around within walking distance, as well as ATMs and small supermarket and pharmacy. Perfect place if you need a quiet place to stay right at the foot of the Vatican and amenities. This district of Rome proves to be safe and quiet, we would choose it again without hesitation.

There is nothing we didn't like because this place is a little hidden magic in the centre of Rome and you can't wish for better.

What a gem, so close, I mean minutes walk to the Vatican. A smooth check in process with Federica being so helpful. I stayed in the double, since I was one person and it was great. Modern facilities, clean and so quiet. I slept very well, best sleep I had in weeks while traveling to many places in Europe. And I liked that there was a mini kitchen near the lobby. One night I got take away and ate at the table and used the plates and utensils. There was also a microwave to warm up some food. I would stay here again and the price was very fair when compared to other places. It is at the end of a quiet street and this is why it was so peaceful to me. There is also a coffee machine in the room if that matters and a small fridge.

very easy access to it and close to basilica

it says breakfast included and there is not breakfast. we had bakery in bags(croissants, magdalenas, crackers,) coffee and milk. We didn’t have fruits or even butter. I had to buy butter, fruits, even bread for toasts. i don’t think I would call that a breakfast. otherwise the rest was fine. i lost the keys and Federica helped me to get a spare one.

Cozy, clean and interesting in its own way. It is suitable not only to spend the night, but also to spend time on hot afternoons. I was even shocked to realize how close this place is to the Vatican. It took us five minutes to get to the Basilica, so we visited the square every day. In the evenings, it was more or less empty. Car parking is not organized by this institution, but parking is possible right here. The parking price of 40 EUR per day was not bad either, considering that you are on the side of the Vatican.

Maybe I imagined the apartments a little differently. Let's say it really is a cozy and comfortable dormitory of very sufficient quality, in a very, very good location. But not a hotel. And not an apartment hotel. The offered breakfast is also only relatively similar to the commonly understood breakfast. It's quite an extensive snack "bar" in the hotel room, but not breakfast. Nevertheless, it's also nice and it would be even more if it was just a free surprise. That's what we initially thought were those croissants, cookies and something else, very suitable for coffee, which can be made in a cozy shared kitchen - the "commandant" clarified that this is our breakfast.

Location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the Vatican, 10minute walk over the river and you are in central Rome These rooms are situated in a beautiful building, I arrived quite late and was out very early each day so didn't meet the staff. But the checking was so easy, I was send a code for the main door and the keys were waiting for me on the table when I got there. The room was beautifully designed very modern and spotlessly clean, with everything you could wish for. Fridge with complimentary water, Coca Cola and a couple of beers, a kettle and a Nespresso for machine with plenty of coffee pods and teabags, also a generous tray of snacks. There was a flat screen TV which had Netflix and Prime if you fancied a movie. Electric sky lights and blinds in the ceiling, which could be opened and closed using controls next to the bed to let the light in or black out blinds if you want a lie in. Safe in the room, as well as toiletries, hairdryer and a stylishly designed bathroom with large walk in shower. The room was cleaned every morning with fresh towels and snack tray refilled. As in most of these types of accommodations in Rome, you don't get a cooked breakfast, but there is a small modern kitchen area where you can have more complimentary coffee and snacks, and a microwave if you wanted to heat up some food, also when you come out the main door turn left and left again, there is a great coffee shop which sells and amazing selection of hot and cold sandwiches and other foods. Would highly recommend this place.

Couldn't fault it.

The location is the best if you want to visit Vatican eventhough some taxi find it difficult to find. Room is goodsize with cold aircont which is very important during summer in Rome. The bathroom is goodsize.

The bad is firm which is ok, however thw pillow is too flat that make sleeping uncomfortable. The water is slippery when showering.

It was very close to Vatican and in a walking distance of the main points.

They don't have a private parking, so you have to pay for one. It was expensive (around 48€/night) and you have to leave the car key at the parking garage. It was weird for me, but also this was the case in Venice.

Location was fantastic- St Peter’s Bascilica just around the corner and the Vatican museum and St Angelo so close. Once I got my bearings easy to walk to historic centre. My room was very comfortable and quiet and so great to have the kitchen to use. Federica was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

The location is very close to the Vatican and many other sites. You can visit all Rome attractions only by walking. The room was very nice and big. Everything was clean. There was a common kitchen but you had there all you needed (for breakfast. The other meals we had in the city). The breakfast was Continental style but had some variety and there was refilling every day. The room was very quiet although there were plenty of restaurants around. I would definetly come here again.
