perfect location almost in St Peters square. very well organized for coming/going, info to guest also by whatsapp! and soonest reply to queries. perfectly clean. good self-help breakfast at all time not having a reception. some issues but if carefully read, everything is specified at time of reservation. kitchenette available at all time for warming up food. good coffee choice.

difficulty of access for the first main floor: a long climbing of stairs for accessing first main floor. ask for a room at ground floor if with issues. no possibility for later check out: 10:00 is 10:00. still you may leave your bags in the foyer. while unattended, there is a camera watching in case of mishandling.

I like the variety of juices and drinking water available all day. The breakfast is all day but very limited selection. The location is good, just a few steps from St.Peter’s Square. One thing we have to be careful is when we come in and out of the gate we have to stop right at the gate to see if the coming traffic from behind the wall. It is kind of dangerous at the corner because the wall blocks the view. But overall we satisfied with our stay at BORGONOVE.

I highly recommend this place! Its location is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the Vatican City walls. The property itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and common areas. The staff are truly exceptional - friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to assist us. When our plans changed unexpectedly, they accommodated our last-minute request to cancel one day of our stay without any hassle. Their flexibility and understanding saved us a great deal of stress, and we're grateful for their kindness. Initially, we had booked for two days, but their willingness to adapt to our changing needs made a huge difference. Don't hesitate to book this place - its combination of prime location, cleanliness, and outstanding staff make it a true gem. Five stars and a strong recommendation from us!

The breakfast was okay. They have varieties of bread and cookies available at the pantry all day. Although the room was really small, it was very clean and well-maintained. There is no front desk available, but the instructions on how to access the property were clearly communicated to us days ahead of our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

There is no elevator/lift. So if you are carrying huge luggage, then it will be very difficult since the room that was assigned to us was on the 1st floor.

The location was excellent, the complimentary breakfast and coffee was lovely and everything was so clean.

Location is excellent, quiet and safe. We arrived late at night and self check was available and easy.

We booked two apartments on the ground floor and everything was great except for the window in one of the apartment. It is small and high up... so there is no view nor it is possible to open it more than 10 cm.

The location was super close to St. Peters Basillica and many of the tour meeting places. The room was one of 5 inside a shared apartment space . It had a mini kitchen and lots of breakfast snacks and perks.

It was a great place for the price.

we liked the location, the room was good and clean, everything looks fairly new so it all looks good. They helped us to get a taxi from the airport, that was an extra good on their part, thanks!

We didn't enjoy the breakfast bar, it was very basic and we needed more than that to start a long day in Rome. Our room was on the second floor, so be ready to carry your luggage upstairs haha, but I have to say that's nobodys fault.

Location was amazing We did not have much from the breakfast because our intention was always to find a breakfast restuarant THe coffee and juice were great options

The place was more than sufficient for our needs. We wanted a base and enjoyed exploring from there.
