Front Desk Staff - Anna and Julio were amazing in assisting with all the details and extremely helpful. Imperial Lounge - All staff made us feel like family and it was memorable and comfortable. Spa and Sauna - Really private and relaxing full facility with Roman Spa.

Although we had a room with Imperial Club Lounge access, the icing on the cake would have been a room with a view of Rome skyline without the Pylon that looks horrid with city view. The Jacuzzi was warm would have preferred more warmth - though the sauna helped with that.

Staff were simply the best. Location wise the fact that it was a little away from three city was the best thing about it. Not to forget that great views of Rome City.

The hotel looks a little dated. This may appeal for those who have a taste for the nostalgic. I wish they had a games room which had ping pong or billiards as they have a lot of area in the level where the business centre is. This will allow one to spend time from activity apart from pool and Spa.

The bar area is beautiful and the balcony has lovely views over the pool and garden. Pablo on reception was an absolute delight and a credit to the hotel.

We were a little disappointed with our meal in Ulivetto. The hotel was a little further out than we anticipated and it was around 10/15 minutes to central parts of Rome. That being said there was also a taxi available.

Nothing to add.

We have booked imperial room (not a city view room), and without in advance nor on arrival notification we have got connecting room where other guests (normal guests) have stayed. We strongly believe that hotel should have warned us about connecting room and this option, but this was not a case - same has been shared on check-out and without notable respons, not worth to share even. As we have stayed in hotel previously (in 2016), we have noticed quality of breakfast ingredients has dropped down and hence this is not in range of 5stars hotel. Summary: we are not going to consider this hotel in the future.

The hotel is truly beautiful with an amazing reception area, fantastic restaurants and unparalleled views of Rome.

The hotel has a stunning adult swimming pool but my experience was ruined by kids who were screaming, throwing toys all over the pool and jumping on swimmers. It was impossible to have a quiet relaxing swim as kids occupied the adult pool (there is a beautiful kids swimming pool that was always empty as all kids were in the adult pool). One child went to the loo right next to the stairs to the swimming pool in front of everyone - no one has said anything. The child then just jumped into the water. The hotel is very expensive so I have reasonable expectations not to swim in a pool where people go to the loo.

Great service and faciities

Charging of an electric car is quite a hustle. I used the valet parking, but had to personally go there to activate the charging, unsuccessfully as the application is not self explanatory and there was nobody to provide any help. You should definitely reconsider how charging is organized as it is in stark contrast with the rest of a wonderful experience.

I loved it all. It was our anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wifey with a red roses and the Hotel help me so with the most georgeus roses I’ve ever seen, they added complimentary some other things. The outside pool is an olimpyc pool, rooms are specious and cosy, I have to praise the cleaning lady for our 564 room, silent, smiling, neat. Uliveto restaurant is excellent. Staff is excellent. On top of everything I met Mr.Alessandro Borghi in front of Hotel, great great person.

The hotel was clean and tidy, a bit distant from the center of the city but quiet with a very beautiful view overlooking the whole city. When you arrive at the hotel, there is no one to greet you at the hotel entrance and guide you where to turn until you don't search for yourself. But at the Guest relations vip desk they welcomed me nicely at the check in and during my whole stay and there was a girl from the guest relation vip desk who always smiles, cared and called to check if everything was okay when I asked her something about a problem in the room. She gave a personal, caring and concerned attitude. Her name is Carla. The bar staff were also excellent and kind and quick service Upon leaving, the hotel was very busy, and I had to go to the front desk and I was very disappointed with the different attitude than it was at the guest relations vip desk, which is not suitable for a customer who tooks a luxury suite. Also regarding the parking, I think that those who take a suite should have the parking includ.ed and not wait for the car when ask to take it. In the end, it was an amazing experience Sincerely . The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were also very nice, and the cleanliness was top-notch.

The hotel isn’t the best place to explore central Rome, but they do offer a shuttle that goes to and from the center several times a day. The food in the room service was really good, but there was an 8€ charge for each delivery.
