The hotel and our room were well presented, comfortable and cleaned daily. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had breakfast one day and there was a lot on offer, although at Euros 22 each, far more expensive than going a short distance into town to eat. We ate at the restaurant on our first night. The food was very mediocre. Our son and I ordered ravioli to start. It had not been freshly prepared and had not been reheated properly. The accompanying lukewarm bisque sauce was not nice at all. My main course (lamb) was good, but my husband and son's food was average at best.

Air conditioning in the room and proximity to Taormina's centre. Staff attitude was excellent. Check-in was great. Views from the hotel across the Ionian sea were outstanding, as were the view of Mt Etna.

We traveled by car and found that driving to the hotel up the narrow roads and parking was difficult. The hotel entrance was on a busy uphill road that the local bikes and buses treated like a MotoGP track. Offloading heavy bags from the car in those conditions was challenging. Call ahead and try to prebook parking. There is a nearby car park building and it is potluck whether you get a spot or not.

Great location. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants of Taormina and to the cable car down to the beach. So glad we were not down at the beach. Beaches were nice but we did more up in the town. Make Taormina your base. Definitely hike Mount Etna. Check out Alcantara Gorge. Vini Gambino is the winery you should tour and do the tasting.

Parking was difficult. You had to get lucky to get a spot right by the hotel. The second choice parking lot was good but a bit of a walk up a hill to get to hotel.

Very good location for the town. Rooms were spotless. Checked the mattress as some people have mentioned bed bugs but they were lovely and clean with mattress protection on. Nice bar on site and spar really good

Our room was on ground floor don’t book level 3 if you can help it.Very noisy road outside you couldn’t sit there for car fumes and no view. Bathroom floor floods from shower when in use.

Some building works during day and work men performing maintenance but they were discrete and polite The room didn’t have a rubbish bin only a vanity bin in the bathroom None of these thing impacted our enjoyment of the venue and neither did it impact our stay We had the tv only in the bedroom not the living area of our family room I would have been nice to have the tv in the main room again not a major issue

The location is just a short walk from the center of town and the cable car that heads down to the beach. The room was very spacious and even though there was a road right below our room on the 2nd floor the room was very quiet.

Pictures of what a ocean view is can be a little deceiving if you do not know the area (but I put that on me for not researching better). You do see the ocean but the hotel has other buildings in front and the main view is more of rooftops and the road in front of the hotel... not a major issue for us but just something to be aware. Also the "hair dryer" in the room is a hose thing attached to the wall that my wife had a good laugh at when we saw it luckily she had her own.

The room was big and very confortable, with tea and coffee facilities (but no snacks). Despite the heat outside, the temperature inside was cool and pleasant. The bottles of water from the minibar were for free. Bathroom big and very clean.

The hotel is located inside a curve and is almost sorrouded by a very busy road. Our room was on ground level (-3): fortunately the insulation of the windows is very good, but sitting outside on the balcony is not very pleasant. The walls are a bit thin: we could hear people talking in the room above us.

Safe location for vacation. Great place. Friendly and helpful  stuff. A modern, very clean, elegant and  very good facilities, for  good price. The room is large with a very nice gardem on the terrace. Room temperature was warm enough considering 5 degrees night outside temperature, in the beginning of March. The parking lot is nearby, 2 minutes walking distance. P.S. I booked another place and I canceled  upon arrival, due to misleading advertising.

The hotel is on top location. We had sea view with beautiful sunrise. Near is cable car and city center Taormina, you can go by walking, 3 min. Room was clean and large for 4 people, 2 balconies. Comfortable bed and pillows. The road is bellow the hotel. It was a little bit disturbing, but owerall it is a very good hotel. Parking is a few meters from hotel, 15eur/day.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was good. Walking distance to most things/areas

I did not like being on the second floor. Our view had a partial view of the ocean but it seemed like the vegetation around the property was overgrown and could have used a good cleanup. The walls are not soundproof. Unfortunately, the unit above the people were very loud and could make out their whole conversation. Also, the shower was constructed poorly. Narrow showers and every time you showered water would go all over the floor. Has to lay down lots of towels to soak it up.
