Everything! Staff really attentive and friendly, location is perfect just a couple of minutes walk to the heart of Taormina. We loved the style of the rooms and the hotel overall. Breakfast was excellent. Small touches such as fruit basket and complimentary drinks go a long way. Would definitely recommend and return next time we visit Taormina! Grazie Mille!

There’s not one thing we didn’t like! The room was wonderful, the complimentary beach thongs & mini bar were such nice touches. The staff are exceptional, friendly and helpful. They gave us an umbrella when it rained, restaurant recommendations & helped us with luggage. The pool is great, with easy service for drinks & epic views. Breakfast is a 10/10 with so much variety including organic eggs. Valet parking was a breeze & so worth it. The location is fantastic only a 1 minute walk from the cable car & a few mins into town centre. We highly recommend this hotel & would stay again. It’s such a special place and it’s beautifully appointed. Cannot rave enough you must book here if staying in Taormina. It felt like our honeymoon before we’ve even gotten married.

We had the most incredible stay at Villa Fiorita Boutique Hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. Maria and Eduardo were absolutely fantastic, looking after our every need and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The reception team were also brilliant, always welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. As a special touch for our honeymoon, they greeted us with a bottle of champagne, which was such a lovely gesture. The hotel itself is simply luxurious, with beautifully comfortable rooms that offered everything we could possibly want for a relaxing stay. Each morning, we were treated to a spectacular breakfast, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from, and the views from the hotel were out of this world – breathtaking. The location was ideal too – just a short walk from the vibrant town, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot, offering a perfect blend of convenience and tranquillity. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon, and we can’t wait to visit again in the future. Thank you, Villa Fiorita, for making our stay unforgettable!

This hotel was absolutely stunning!! I loved everything about it! Location, staff, decor, everything exceeded my expectations. Our view and patio were stunning, the staff that mixed our drinks after a day of shopping were the best (best cosmopolitans ever), I honestly cannot say enough about this hotel. All of the staff members were soo accommodating.

The only recommendation or suggestion that I would make is the breakfast meals (that we ordered) would have tasted better (eggs omelette's, etc.) if the meals were a little more hot (temperature wise). Nothing else....everything was perfect! We will be back!!

The facilities are very nice, the design is wonderful. The place really is magical. The pool and public areas are really well done. What a really liked were the range of plants in different pods all over the property. The view is breathtaking. A wonderful hotel in a wonderful town.

The air condition was really loud and the sun was shining brightly through the curtains. I am sure that if the owner would have just spent one night sleeping at the place him/herself, he would have added a better AC and curtains. The place is magnificent put the price is really high.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness, making our experience truly memorable. The Room: Our room was not only accessible but also beautifully arranged, thanks to the incredible efforts of Iryna. She took the time to ensure everything was perfect for us, which made all the difference. We had a lovely terrace overlooking the water, providing a serene space to enjoy the stunning views and fresh air. The attention to detail and comfort in the room created a soothing atmosphere that allowed my mom to relax and enjoy her stay. The Location: The hotel’s location is simply ideal. Nestled in a peaceful area, it offered the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility to local attractions. We were just a 2-4 minute walk from Corso Umberto, the Isola Bella viewpoint, and the bus station where tour operators arrive and depart. We enjoyed exploring the nearby sights, knowing we had a cozy retreat to return to each day! The Staff: I cannot express enough gratitude for the amazing staff. Iryna’s dedication and thoughtfulness truly stood out. I also want to extend a big thanks to Andriy, Karina, and Annalis for organizing fantastic activities including booking the ballet at Teatro Antico di Taormina, in addition to easy day-trips to Etna, Savoca, and Castelmola. Each excursion was well-planned and filled with unforgettable experiences. They also accommodated our request to book a comfortable taxi from the airport to the the hotel, and from the hotel our next destination, Noto. The Breakfast: Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was not only tasty but also catered to our dietary needs.

This beautifully designed, fully renovated hotel in Taormina strikes the perfect balance between style and comfort. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the bustling center, but somehow feels tucked away in a serene, picturesque setting with amazing views. The interiors and exteriors are gorgeous, from the lobby to the bar and lounge areas, and the outdoor decks and pool offer stunning views. Our room was spacious, super clean, with a large, comfy bed, linens, and pillows. The staff was incredible throughout our stay—Annalisa at check-in was especially welcoming, and everyone from the valet and luggage team to the pool bar and breakfast staff was so friendly and helpful. It was great to see the same familiar faces every day. Breakfast was incredible, with a huge buffet, made-to-order items, fresh juices, and the BEST savory Sicilian dishes, including an unforgettable eggplant parm from the chef (the best i had in sicily). For Taormina, where prices are often sky-high, this place is a fantastic value. We checked out many of the other hotels in the area and were so glad we ended up at Villa Fiorita.

Beautiful property. Very high standards, incredible views from our private balcony. The location was very close to the main town without feeling like you could hear what was going on. The staff across the whole were so lovely. Nice to talk to and so helpful.

There was a group that were having a wedding. There was only a few of them but they were very loud and obnoxious. Taking over the pool area, bringing in people not staying at the hotel and shouting at each other across the common spaces. You could see other guests getting up to leave as this group were too loud. At breakfast they took over the outside area which meant that other people didn’t get to enjoy that space. The hotel staff were obviously trying to accommodate this group but it felt like it unfortunately ruined the experience in some instances for other people.

To sum it up - everything was perfect! The location was superb and the views were spectacular. Every staff member was so kind and attentive, but I have to specifically mention that the ladies at the breakfast were AMAZING! The rooms, cleaning, breakfast and the facilities in total were excellent. The only slight disadvantage to mention is that the quality of the a la carte lunch at the hotel didn’t quite manage to live up to the expectations, but it wasn’t half bad. However, the location does give easy access to tons of excellent restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away. We will definitely be back again, this is now one of our favourite hotels!

It was a beautifully appointed property with exceptional staff who were willing to assist with every need. The views are stunning and proximity to the main shopping area is perfect. The atmosphere is relaxing and there are amazing views from every area of the hotel. Upon arrival, we were able to leave our car in one of the two parking spots directly outside, unload luggage and a staff then parked the car for us. We were given a full tour of the hotel which made it easy and upon arrival at our room, we were greeted with a chilled bottle of champagne and fruit plate to congratulate us on our 30th Wedding Anniversary! We were also given a breakfast box to go as we had to leave before breakfast was available on the last day.

The hotel is one of the higher priced hotels in the area and could be prohibitive to staying for a longer period of time. Price is comparable to a large downtown hotel in Toronto, Canada.
