Odlicna lokacija, prostrana soba. Bukvalno sve je blizu ili maksimalno 15min hoda od smjestaja. Zagarantovana prijatnost i izuzetno dobar smjestaj za cijenu koja je placena. Javni parking odmah preko puta pored marketa Eataly, 1€/h, pogotovo prije podne uvijek bude slobodnog mjesta.

Procitao sam desetine recenzija, moje iskustvo nije negativno ni sa krevetom koji je izuzetno udoban, muzika iz ugostiteljskih objekata mi uopste nije smetala. WC se dijeli sa jos jednom sobom, ali niti u jednom momentu nisam osjetio da jos neko koristi WC ili da sam morao cekati svoj red.

We loved this beautiful historic building ( look it up!) It is central to bars and restaurants and a short walk to the old town sights. The main bedroom and it's original decor walls ceiling and beautiful floor is stunning. How lovely it would be to restore and add more period furnishings to suit, make ensuite bathrooms in keeping with the style and honour the period and it's history. The view from the balcony is a treat.

Not keen on shared bathrooms but the stunning room negated that Small bathroom, could be a little cleaner eg grout in shower

The stay was excellent. The room is located in an old "aristocratic" apartment right in the center of Trieste, on the waterfront. Paid parking is available across the street for 1 euro/hour. The room was enormous, with beautiful parquet floors, high ceilings, and a very large and comfortable bed. Although the bathroom(s) is shared, there were no other guests that night, so we had the entire apartment all to ourselves. Furthermore, our dog was welcomed at no extra charge; a rarity nowadays.

Why did we have to leave so soon? We should have booked for 2 or 3 days. There is a lot to see in Trieste.

Location, room itself and the rest of the public spaces in the hotel were very nice, very kind and helpful staff

I could hear all night the party that was going on under my window like I was there myself, I also heard how someone was knocking really hard on the main entrance of the hotel in the middle of the night which was not the best way to be woken up in the middle of your sleep. The bathroom is shared with guests in the other room and I was a bit unlucky with my neighbor’s cleanliness.

This place was great. A lovely, old building in the heart of Trieste. Great, great location! The room was spacious and light, the bed was comfy and warm.

The only drawback at this property happened on Friday evening when a nearby discotheque/bar kept me awake until 3am, when they stopped. Eve with earplugs the beats reverberated the walls. The other nights were lovely and quiet, so it may just be a weekend thing… I didn’t stay through to Sunday, so am not sure about Saturday night.

The location is perfect and the room was spacious and beautiful. The shared shower/bathroom was clean.

Nothing about the place, but I was arriving early because I had to avoid the rain with the motorcycle and the host did not offer any flexibility for this situation, and even when I waited till 2:59PM to call him, his answer was, its not 15:00 yet. I would have appreciated a little bit more flexibility. That being said, once I met the host, he was really friendly.

I had a great stay. Beautiful large room in a very nice classical building. Really good price, considering what you get back in return. Bathroom was shared with one other room, but that was no problem at all. Was very clean and spacious. Great location in the city, at a nice Piazza and near the city center. Loads of bars nearby as well. And a great museum across the street. I would definately go back if I'm ever in Trieste again.

The place was unbelievably wonderful! It was like living in a majestic historical apartment. Mangi (sorry for the spelling) met me and let me in, explained everything in detail. It is directly on the harbor and a stones throw from the heart of everything. Just out the door are great cheap bars and fabulous restaurants serving great food. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in since I came to Italy 3 weeks ago.

I do not have any complaints or dislikes. Some people commented on noisy parquet floors, but that's what old wood floors do - make noise. The fan was enough to keep the place cool without air-conditioning, and it was hot in the day. There were also double- paned windows that kept out the noise. I did not mind sharing a toilet and a shower with other people because that is the charm of the place. I was lucky, though, because no one else was there, and I had the whole place to myself. For the price, a real lovely experience.

It was a beautiful apartmant in the middle of the city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I do not care for it, but be prepared for a few flights of stairs.

The floors were a bit creaky, you could hear if somebody in the other room was walking around.

The room and architecture are wonderful, I booked this stay only because of how nice the rooms are and mine did not disappoint! The amazing blue ceiling and original floors are just amazing. The location is very good, you have everything close, the host is nice :)

Just keep in mind that the bathrooms are shared, which is not a problem for me usually, but the place also does not have a hostel kind of vibe and i felt like i needed to lock my room every time i would go to the bathroom (i was travelling alone). Otherwise, everything is clean and well maintained.
