Super location,cosy hotel, friendly staff

The room was very cold. After entering the room the receptionist turned on the air conditioning in order to warm the room, however it didn’t work. We slept in our hats.. Next day they fixed the air conditioner but it worked only when we were in the room. It didn’t help much. The water was warm only from time to time, the best time to take a shower was around 7 in the morning, later the water was barely warm, it was hard to relax in such conditions.

Hotel is in an excellent location a short walk to the Basilica Salute and the vaparetto stop. Also easy to get to from airport connecting at Piazza Roma and vaporetto line 1 a beautiful boat ride. Hotel was small and traditional style with a good restaurant sitting by a quiet canal. Perfect

Would have liked a fridge in the room.

Location is amazing. Beautiful spot in walking distance to all the main sites, yet away from the crowds so much quieter. Couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay - would definitely book again for excellent budget friendly stay.

The beds were a little hard (but my partner liked that so it’s definitely a preference thing). Would certainly get the shower curtain fixed as was hanging off the wall. The air conditioning unit was also noisy at times and woke me up through the night.

Stuff of reception and engineer When I asked about some issues in room they almost doesn’t care about it , only when I asked second time he take it a bit more seriously even after ENG guy did some job in bathroom , I have wait around 10-20 minutes to get hot water, in hotel was tv with YouTube but they didn’t helped me with password, carpet on the floor was really full of spots , housekeeping done really well appreciated that

great price and location, 20 minutes walk from anywhere worth going haha. Room was very cosy with a smart tv provided. Breakfast was included and very nice as well as 20% off the restaurant for other meals, the food was all very good.

The shower ran mostly cold, or on the colder side. We visited during a time where it was between 0° and 4° all day so it wasn’t ideal. But i’m aware the the cold weather may have also effected the water temperature. The one night we ate dinner at the In The Hotel restaurant the head waiter seemed a little rude whilst answering our very reasonable questions regarding the food and menu considering it was our first ever meal in Venice/Italy. But otherwise not a bad experience.

The gentleman at the desk were extremely helpful. They recognize me by name because I had spoken on the phone with one of them and emailed another. It was great to be recognized. We were treated extremely well.

Having to carry luggage down, the stairs was difficult. To be fair, however, we did not ask for help. How do we ask, I’m sure someone would have done it for us.

It was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the location is full of charm and history ...overall a wonderful place to stay while in Venice. Loved the view from our window into the courtyard, spring is in full bloom. And even though it's early in the season , the weather was very hot... and the a/c worked.. yay

Lovely location - pretty looking over the canal and not too busy. Close enough to walk to st marks square and Rialto (15-20 min) and also a short walk from both accademia and salute waterbus stops. Our hairdryer wasn’t working on arrival and was promptly replaced when reported. Air con in room was good

Breakfast was very basic with limited choice. Shower quite small but good water pressure

The shower could have a proper door, and the curtain is so annoying Not being rude, but if you're overweight, the bathroom can be a problem, for any normal person, it's absolutely fine.

Great selection of food and beverages for breakfast, the venue location:interior and outside. The helpful, attentive staff. Lovely ambience and overall experience.
