There are close vaparetto locations to the hotel and it was in a quiet and safe location that was just a close walk to some of the shops. We were able to get to and from with ease and were able to sleep without any outside noise waking us, since we were just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The AC was necessary in the heat and it kept us cool. The restroom was updated, clean, and had great water pressure! We loved the decor and the Murano glass chandelier in the room. It was the perfect Venezian stay!

More pillows would have been nice, but to be fair, we were never back early enough to ask.

It was decorated so beautifully and expensively. The room was big with an unexpected little sitting room as well. I asked if we could have a kettle and they had provided us one in the room. Reception were helpful and are even sending my left behind clothes back for me. It is important to understand this is a bed and breakfast so there is not someone on reception all day but they are responsive to calls and emails. The location is great, very quiet and about 2 minutes walk to some great cafes and bars as well as the water is. The main attractions are not a long walk either.

A lovely clean period Venitian room in a quieter area of the city, but within easy walking distance of the fantastic famous city sights and restaurants. The room featured a beautiful chandelier and floor to ceiling curtains for a pair of shuttered windows, and the bathroom was of a nice size with a very spacious shower. Upon request, the hotel provided a kettle, cups and glasses, so that we could enjoy an early morning cuppa before setting out for the day. The super friendly reception staff recommended a lovely restaurant (Al Vecio Marangon), which was about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

If I were to be super critical, I thought the bed was a little firm, but everything else was super.

The place was very period "Venice". It was like living in a palace. The walls were lined with silk damask. The room temperature can be easily controlled. The place was clean. The bathroom had hot and cold water. The breakfast was delicious - cornetto, prosciutto, jams, juices, butter, cheese, coffee - the cappucino was superb! The silver was polished and pretty. The staff were kind and hospitable. They are responsive and willing to accommodate my request for 3 extra pillows. Check-in was easy, and there is a number you can call for assistance/directions to the hotel. This place was near Sta Maria Salute which was really great as we got to visit that church which we had always wanted to visit in the past but missed because it was on the other side of the Grand Canal. We visited during Carnivale, and the Sta Maria Salute was a meeting place for revelers in 16th century carnivale costumes!

Property is located inside and could be a challenge to find at night for first timers. Make sure to check in before sundown. Towels and beddings are clean but could use replacement.

Beautiful hotel in a very quiet and beautiful part of Venice but so near to various Vaporetto stops , a supermarket and restaurants. The airport water taxi stop is very near to the hotel . Venice is so beautiful 😍 Breakfast was so lovely and only €10. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony and it was just perfect . The staff were so lovely. I will definitely be back ,a lovely hotel in a perfect location!

The room aircon was fine for me but my daughter found the room too hot so she decided to keep the windows open 😆 Lots of mosquito bites lol but that's Venice .

There is the Guggenheim museum, a vibrant bar and a good sandwich shop very near. Still the hotel is in the super quiet pocket of neighbourhood. The room was exactly like photos they provided, and the antique decoration made us feel staying at an old Venetian house. We had a small issue with a room. It was taken serious by the cleaning team and got it fixed promptly. This is the hotel I'll return to over and over again.

Breakfast was included only to the guests who booked directly which made us feel a little bit left out as we did not know this policy beforehand. The toilet bowl in our room was not comfortable enough to use as the seat seemed to be put on temporarily. However, I am confident to say that anything could be fixed here once you communicate with the hotel.

This hotel is great value for money.It is for travellers who only needs an inexpensive , nice room.It is also in an ideal location because it is situated in a quiet neighborhood that is close to Accademia water bus stop.

Great location, away from the madding crowds but only minutes walk to busier areas with shops, bars, restaurants. Good value for money, we had the small double room which was perfectly adequate in terms of size for sleeping, showering, changing but possibly not if you intend to swing any cats or run laps of the room.

Couldn’t get Netflix connected but not a big enough problem to call for help - a minor point as we didn’t come to Venice to watch TV!

Loved the room, so clean, so comfortable, absolutely lovely! It was great to come in every night to a toasty warm room. Felt very safe and secure!

When we booked the accommodation, it said we had breakfast included, but upon arrival it was made apparent that it was not part of the total price. This was very disappointing. The accommodation listing should update their amenities on the booking listing to clarify that breakfast is merely only available, not "included".

friendly staff, nice location. I really liked the vibe of the room. comfortabel bed and super clean. I truly recommend it!

the only issues that I had were that the mini fridge was barely working, and while the nightstand looked cool and antique, the drawers weren't working properly because of the cheap wood they were made of (really light weight). the TV had the option to connect to Netflix or YouTube but it couldn't connect to the internet. maybe we just couldn't figure out how to do so, so I'm not necessarily complaining about this.
