Good location. Easily accessible. Breakfast was good for a property of this type. Not great, but definitely better than some other hotels of similar pricing. It's a good value for the price.

The TV in the room was apparently programmed to default to Fox News when turned on. I do not watch Fox News, and the TV was always on some other station when I turned it off. Every time I returned to the room and turned on the TV, Fox News came up, requiring me to immediately change the channel before I suffered from brain damage. Please fix this.

This location was perfect for what I needed! I just needed a clean, comfortable place to stay for a two night visit. The room was the perfect size for one person, about the size of a large bathroom, with a good desk space, closet, and TV. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was better than what I expected, with both hot and cold options, and the location was perfect for what I needed for a visit to the University of Arkansas.

Very clean, updated (warm, 'calming' color scheme), friendly staff, hot breakfast was good. Oh yeah, great water pressure!

Limited parking spaces, but parking behind restaurant next door is open and close.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The heater worked so good we had to turn it off, yet the room stayed nice and warm.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was loud after a few minutes of running.

This was my second stay here within the last year. I really like the location. I have mobility issues and the room is easy to get around in. Staff is helpful and polite.

We found a few ants. The desk chair is really uncomfortable and hard to get out of.

Front desk staff was very helpful and understanding. We had a family member at the hospital down the street, so the location was perfect. There are plenty of food options within walking distance.

Very clean & modern feel. Comfortable beds. Good furniture package. Rooms were good sized but not overly generously sized. Showers only, no tubs (which suits me fine).

When hotel wasn't full, they cut back on breakfast selection.

the upstairs room noise was very loud . ... and I do not believe that the people staying there doing anything out the normal . I feel it was the construction , no noise barrier control . Next time i would stay on 2nd floor . ( I did ask for a first room this time and they accommodated me )
