Great location. Publix within walking distance, as well as a Cracker Barrel and First Watch nearby. Spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable bed, and a nice shower.

Not very good noise insulation. If you plan to rest you can even hear the conversations of the cleaning staff. Breakfast closes very early, and the coffee is not very good. They should put purified water in the rooms.

The room was great. The beds were extremely comfortable. Loved that it had a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was good and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I have is that on my last night... the tenant above me made a lot of noise. Sounded like pacing, with heavy footsteps at 3am and then again at 7am.

Charged $25 for checking in 40 minutes early. The room was ready. If the room was not ready I would have liked to do the paperwork and leave. I was attending a family function from which I thought I might be late returning. I was not given that option. If an early checkin fee is required then it should be noted on the website. When you are not prepared for it things start off strained.

The breakfast is always great, the gentleman who serves it out is friendly and pleasant.

When we first checked in we was given a room that was in use or hadn't been cleaned 😞 We then was switched but to one king bed, and we booked 2 queen beds. We was traveling with our 5 year old grandson. It worked out just fine though ☺️

I’ve stayed at this property a few times and so far I have not had any bad experience.

Very clean hotel with very nice staff.. rooms were spotless as my wife is always scared we picked a nasty place and she could not find anything bad upon initial inspection.. breakfast was great the next morning!

The only thing I didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay an additional night due to our schedule

The property was very nice. Only thing I did not like was the breakfast. Not much variety, eggs were cold. I have stayed there twice in the last 6 months. Both time the eggs were cold.

VERY loud person in the room next door - who talked very loudly on his phone until about 11:30 p.m. I was about to call the desk when he finally shut up.

Great location to restaurants and shopping center. To avoid driving to downtown Richmond it was easy to get an Uber for a decent price. The hotel was quiet, clean and a great staff.

It was all good.
