I love everything about this hotel the rooms are roomy and comfortable the beds are amazing the staff is very friendly and positive

I do not at all of them elevators they are not well maintained they're very slow they really need to upgrade and they should not be charging $10 a night for parking when you're already paying $200 or more out of pocket per night plus our tax which is an additional 35 that I feel is a rip off to families who come there and really enjoy the hotel... And one more thing is the bathrooms are very small when you are a midsize person or person that is disabled or handicapped...

The gentleman at the reception desk at check in, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, welcoming and exceptional in all facets. I would stay there again just to converse with this gentleman again. Unfortunately I did not catch his name as I was exhausted from driving, but he was tall and wore "round" glasses. He is an asset to your company and should be used to train others in his position at ALL of your facilities.

The bathroom door of our room was heavily damaged and did not close properly. But the room was exceptional.

The rooms are palatial and modern and very clean. love that there is a separate seating area/ living room with tv outside the bedroom. adore the atrium at the center of the hotel with fountain and trees and the happy hour wine and cheese! there is an indoor pool and gym. there is a mini convenience store type area in the lobby with various snacks and drinks. breakfast was lovely and was included in my stay-- dont miss the made to order omelets! This is very close to the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, which was glorious with the Incanto sculpture exhibit & the reason for my stay here.

the bathroom is very small compared to the room size.

Everything we had a great time enjoyed the indoor pool.

Bathroom was messed up, and I had to push/slam to close the door, and it was very hard for my children to open. Also, I don't like the fact that the hotel is set at a certain temperature, knowing in this area how the weather fluctuates... so it was very hot in the room unless we kept the balcony door open.

The food was delicious!

A couple of things…we specifically booked 2 rooms with dogs. We should not have been placed on the 6th floor! It was difficult to take the dogs out when it shouldn’t have been. Our dogs were afraid of the escalator which made it even harder for us. We saw others with dogs on the first floor right by the door, so that part was disappointing. It just made it such a project to take them outside. We also have a child with a dairy allergy, and we were hoping for more food (dinner) options without dairy. The breakfast buffet was amazing, but my only recommendation there is to please offer a milk alternative such as almond milk or soy milk.

We have a family of 5, so we stayed in a room with a pull out couch. The room was very clean. We were near an elevator but it was very quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable, not hard, but not mushy or lumpy and the sheets were soft. There was a door between the bedroom and living room to give my oldest some privacy at night. The glass elevator was a lot of fun for the younger two kids. The made to order eggs at breakfast were very good.

The pool area was uncomfortably dirty for our taste. The water was so murky, we couldn’t see the bottom. Other than the eggs, breakfast was, well, free. There was plenty of seating but the food was bland, and the melons were crunchy. The menu didn’t rotate during our stay. If I needed a better gastronomic experience, there were restaurants nearby. It wasn’t important, just disappointing. I’d still stay there again.

I like that they offered breakfast and cocktail hours, but most hotels does the same thing now.

The value of what I paid for what I got wasnt there: pool limited access due to a/c not working, elevators very slow, room I was given was warm, we had to use two box fan to keep prefered temp and breeze, in a place where parking was abundant, the hotel charges 10.00/day that was not clearly stated on the booking.com site.

We loved it! The inside “courtyard” is wonderful! The breakfast was exceptional and so unexpected! The omelette station was our favorite. The staff were so attentive and friendly

The hotel is a little tired. The porcelain bathroom sink was cracked, molding in need of repaint, etc. However, It truly was an unexpected pop pleasure to stay here! We will be back!

The hotel was very nice overall they need to get the elevators fixed because I had to walk up the steps at least 10 times in the two days that I stayed here but I try to think of it in a positive way it was exercise but if you don't prefer to walk up steps y'all need to get your elevator fix but it's a great hotel delicious breakfast

We really liked the lady at the front desk when we checked in. We really wish we could remember her name, but she was a tall, super sweet black lady with 2 tone (blonde tips) short hair. She was very accommodating. She never seemed annoyed when we asked for (a lot of) different things like the lady who was there after she left. The drinks and snacks daily from 5:30-7pm is an amazing idea and perfect for winding down from a long day. We didn't make it back in time to have the hot breakfast. We were upset about that bc everything else there was impressive, including the room service. We wanted to swim too, but there was a group (6-8) of creepy men who looked at you like you're a piece of meat and made you feel very uncomfortable from the time you walked in until the time they watched you out. They hogged the pool the whole time we were there, just waiting for females to come swimming half naked in bathing suits.

The bathroom felt claustrophobic. We would have liked to have a bigger fridge so we didn't have to leave the comfort and privacy of our suite, especially after room service closed for the night, Or if you were tipsy (or even more intoxicated) and have no business behind the wheel.
