first off I would like to say Thank you to the lady at the front desk.. she went above and beyond for my son and I . Room was clean ,Breakfast was great My son and I felt safe and comfortable

The shower water was not hot enough and the Shower water pressure was low.

If you're looking to stay at a good hotel, then this is the place you need to stay. We stayed here from Friday-Sunday and everything about this hotel was amazing!!! The front desk staff, Johnny (i hope i got his name correct), as well as the entire front desk staff, was beyond pleasant and beyond helpful in what everyone needed. Johnny went above and beyond and needs to be rewarded along with Jarod (i know i got his name wrong but something along that line) who was in charge of the breakfast was very pleasant and went above and beyond as well. Anything we needed, he got us right away. Housekeeping as well was amazing. The rooms are very clean and nice, the beds are very comfortable, and the smell, oh my goodness, was amazing to the extreme that I got what they use cause it smells amazing. We are definitely planning on coming back to stay here and look forward to seeing the staff again. I forgot to mention the pool was very nice they provided towels for the pool, theres a fitness center, business center, and laundry machine that are $2.00 each they washed and dried our clothes very fast Also, the front desk will give you quarters if you don't have change. Their is also an ATM when you first walk in and also shuttle bus to airport. If I could rate this hotel more than 5 stars 🌟 I would. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!! The room was very clean and comfortable! The view was also amazing! It is also around a lot of shopping centers and food.

Staff was very unfriendly! Check out was at 10 or 11 and the housekeeping came banging on our door at 8am trying to clean our room. They banged on it multiple times until I got up answered it; when I opened the door they started giving me dirty looks and telling me I needed to leave so they could clean. I was very disappointed in them and when I went to leave they were waiting outside my room for me. The pool was also broken and very cold.

This was our second time staying at this location, we enjoyed our stay both times. Clean and spacious rooms, great location, stores and restaurants within walking distance, close to highway but out of the way, nice staff especially Mrs Amy, now when I say she runs this place! and she doesn't play about her customers. Just her working there alone makes it a safe place to stay. I hope her boss or the owner knows her worth. The breakfast was good, the typical breakfast, meat, eggs, waffle, packets of oatmeal and grits, fruit good enought o hod you until lunch. worth the stay!!!

Our stay at Comfort Suites was exceptional, thanks to Amy. From the moment we arrived, Amy's friendly greeting set a welcoming tone, and her helpfulness throughout our visit truly made our stay enjoyable. Amy not only had extensive knowledge of the area, guiding us to nearby attractions, but also reminded us about the hotel’s amenities, ensuring we made the most of our time. Her efficiency and willingness to go the extra mile were apparent each time we entered or exited, always meeting us with a smile. Amy genuinely made our experience at Comfort Suites both convenient and memorable.

Free breakfast was great for my four kids and they also loved the indoors pool. I also like the space in the room and privacy given to us. The sofa bed was also a plus to separate the children some. My kids enjoyed having a blowdryer to dry their hair along with the shampoo provided.

The staff should definitely look into supervising the pool better for safety reasons. I seen people letting their kids come to the pool without a guardian. I also seen kids under the age of 4 attempting to dive into the water with parents there. I think having a staff member just for that area to make sure the rules are being followed could save a life. They also were cutting the lights off while we were swimming when we went around 7pm. I ended up leaving until the pool was clear so my four kids could enjoy it without the teenagers who were horseplaying.

After traveling over 14 hours to get to Virginia from Florida we were super tired upon arrival and was ready to check k in and settle down! We were met by Friendly staff and a warm clean Environment and Rooms!! The rooms were very well clean and Beds are so comfy!!! There are tons of food places and a Walmart down Jefferson which was so convenient! The Breakfast bar was a plus and we were met with some of the Most caring staff I have ever experienced at a hotel!!! They over met our expectations! I have a Daughter Named (Patient) Who traveled with me and when asked what was her favorite part about our trip, she said it was the kindness that one of the afternoon front desk workers showed her and that it blessed her so much she was literally in tears talking about it! To that lady........Thank you so much for the love and kindness that you showed my daughter! We are forever grateful and Pray Gods blessings upon you!!!! God used you to show her yhere is purpose in her life and there is people in this world that still shows love and kindness!!! Thank You!

Everything was awesome

Short distance to train station, airport, plenty of restaurants and shopping. Nice wooded areas surround hotel providing a country feel. Rooms well designed and provided with very comfortable bedding.

The breakfast area was too congested with residents getting their food and coffee. A lot of rubbish and litter scattered in the adjacent woodlots.

The lady at the front desk was amazing!!! She had been there 5 days & I thought she had been there for years because she was so exceptional 🥰 This property was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable too. Well worth the price

Breakfast woman was extremely RUDE to my kids & I. Actually she made us so uncomfortable that we did not even eat breakfast there . The dryer could use a update and so could the key fobs .
