The room itself was lovely with everything we were looking for. We loved the no smoking everywhere and the option of additional facilities and services. There was a nice selection of coffees and plenty of towels and amenities in the room too. We enjoyed the shower as well - good hot water and solid water pressure, though the cloth shower liner might not have been the best for keeping the floors dry. The breakfast was also quite good, albeit a bit crowded. Still quite tasty and filling though. We didn't have time to check it out but there were a couple neat looking strip malls within walking distance of the establishment that had food options, entertainment options, and probably some simple shopping options too. If we'd had more time, they would have been nice to check out!

It was likely a room specific issue and maybe even a single bed issue but the one I was sleeping on was too firm on one half and too lumpy on the other half. My mom was fine with hers though. Also, the air conditioning unit controls appeared to be broken. It turned on just fine and worked really well for that (quite chilly in fact) but there was no adjusting it with any noticeable effect. We only stayed for one night so it wasn't really worth complaining about but it would have been nicer except for that.

The room was clean and well kept. It had all the amenities that I needed for my short trip, and I appreciate the in-room coffee service. The breakfast was excellent. I didn't expect that level of service. Plenty of parking and well-lit lots at night. I would recommend a perimeter fence be installed since the location has proximity to a highway off-ramp and shopping strip mall.

The bathroom in my room didn't have full towel service on one day, and I recommend they issue a blacklight to their cleaning staff. You'd be surprised what they missed in their cleaning efforts, especially on and around the toilet. This is likely true of any hotel though.

I liked coming back to a clean room, as a mom we are always the ones cleaning up before bed. It was nice not to have to do that after a long day.

It’s hard to keep the water in the shower, to small and shower curtain doesn’t stay in place …tv was playing but no picture, had to unplug it, I guess for it to reset. A comforter on the beds would be great!!!

The front desk staff in the evening and late at night were so great. Helpful, Curtious, and so pleasant to talk to. The room itself was so perfect, comfortable, quite, and cozy. Away from heavy traffic and noise outside. I will always come here when I'm in town.

Location to freeway and Arlington National Cemetery. Plenty of restaurants nearby, hotel was quiet

I was unaware that I could not change to a different room once I got there. I felt bad about being in a handicap accessible room when someone else may have needed it. I wasn't thrilled with there only being 1 chair in the room meaning one of us had to sit on the bed whenever we were in the room.

The space of the suite is incredible!! Too bad there's no kitchen, definitely would be room for it! The second bathroom was a bonus!! 6 people can definitely fit comfortably in this suite.

Furniture is very out dated. Definitely doesn't do the room justice. Including the TV in the living room. The TV picture looked fuzzy.

Pool closes Labour day but temp in the 80s. Hotter than summertime in Europe. Why? Wd pay more for hotel that pool suits customer and climate

The staff was nice, my bed was comfortable, the room and hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

The only thing I didn’t like if I had to choose anything was the bathroom didn’t have a vent and a little outdated. But other than that it was very comfortable.

Easy to get to room was decent - staff was pleasant.

The breakfast bar had no hot food except waffles the sausage was cold and did not offer any eggs to go with sausage for both days we were there. The juice machines were not working

The breakfast was excellent compare to all other hotels I stayed during my stay in states. The location is also good and all the malls & stores are quite close & walkable distance.

I have paid $200 USD as a security deposit at the time of check-in. It's been over 2 months but the hotel didn't refund the amount. I'm constantly perusing the hotel management as well as the booking.com but still no result. It is so disappointing even booking.com is not helping me out in the matter to ensure the refund.
