The private beach with not many waves was nice. The restaurant and lounge was A+ they had a newly added addition that was an outdoor bar I wished we could have enjoyed, but it happened to be rented out on the only night we stayed which was a bummer, but was told they don’t usually rent it. I did get to get a few beautiful sunset pictures from it though before we was told it was private. The breakfast was amazing. Warning….They charge 100$ upfront deposit.

Didn’t like That they charged an upfront deposit of 100$ that I didn’t see on booking. 6 days later and I’ve still not received a refund on that, even after calling the property. This would be the only reason I may never stay again.

Wish the air had been on ahead of time. Room was so hot had to leave and go somewhere while it cooled down

They take pride in the grounds on the property! Someone is always blowing the property, picking up trash, making sure the sprinklers are on, there’s a no noise after 10pm you have to agree to when you arrive. Look, this is probably one of the 1st hotels built here. They need some love but the inside has been updated and look very nice!!

The staff is really nice! However, housekeeping comes 2 days a week unless you ask for more. It would be nice to have a broom and dust pan to sweep the sand off the floors.

Love the restaurant. Love the grouper. Love the convenience to the hotel. Lillos has been a favorite of ours every since they were at the foot of Palafox Street. Great ambience. Live music played by a saxophonist with classic music from mid-century. Delightful. Great service. Oh and a truly good espresso martini! The view, of course, is stunning, and we should have made it outside to see the sunset, but we made it to the bar, ordered a bottle of Sangiovese wine, and we were starving! We couldn't move. I highly recommend and I would go again.

We liked that it was good value for the money! We stayed there 2 weeks before school started, (end of July). We paid 20 dollars more per night of a bay view and it was worth it! We were expecting an outdated room but it was not the case, it was totally remodeled! The room was clean and it had plenty of space! The towels were clean, the tv worked perfectly, and the shower had hot water( we were worried since we read in some previous reviews that the hotel had cold water) just needed to let the water run for a couple of minutes and the hot water came! The hotel has a private beach, but it had trash, we assumed that it was from the previous night, cause you can stay there during the night, we saw people fishing at night. The water at the bay at times had a bad odor but it was not a hotel's fault, we enjoyed spending some of the morning there before heading to Pensacola Beach. My kids love the pool, but to me it had a lot of chlorine. The breakfast was ok, they had eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, muffins, juice, waffles and yogurt, nothing special, it was ok. The housekeeping came on Friday but since we arrived really late the previous night we put a sign of not disturb, and they put a note inside the deadbolt mentioning that they came but they didn't bother, we really liked that, and also it said if we needed anything we just needed to ask!. Overall it was good value We will definitely come back.

Maybe more options at breakfast, we eat the same for 3 days in a row. And clean the Beach area in the morning.

Private beach was lovely, clean continental breakfast facilities with good choices. I would absolutely book here again! Speedy and professional check in, awesome location. Great value. Would recommend.

Very little sound proofing, Do Not Disturb Sign blows off when windy. Door had quite a lot of scratches on the inside and large gap at the bottom. Only one room key worked. All complaints aside, I would still book again.

Loved the location and the view! Complimentary breakfast was really good and again a beautiful view of the waterfront

The faucet in the tub was separated from the tile and the outlet for the hairdryer/coffee maker was honestly a hazard. The plug of the coffee pot would not stay plugged in the top and when plugged into the bottom, the outlet didn't work at all. Everything else was great with no complaints

The location was good being between Pensacola Beach and Downtown. They had a decent breakfast of Waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, bread, muffins. Nice view of the ocean with small beach area and outdoor pool.

The outside and bathroom door both had paint chipping and were dirty looking. At first glance the place seemed a bit sketchy, but turned out to be a pretty nice place. Bathroom ceilings are pretty low. If you are taller than 6 foot you will have to duck in the shower the whole time.

I loved the fact I could bring my pet. We had an awesome view of the bay. Greatly appreciated the restaurant being a kind & allowing our pet to join for breakfast & dinner. Loved it . Food was great as well.

I’m sure someone could find something wrong but we didn’t we had a great visit at the quality inn. It was our first time staying there.

Omelet, meat patties, kind of oatmeal, soft belgian waffles, milk, yogurt, fresh juice and apples We expected to have more noise from the nearby road, but, probably because our room was a bit away, it was pretty quiet.

Our room was connected to the neighbor's room by a thin door with a single latch. This did not feel safe.
