The FREE airport shuttle to the hotel was fast, efficient & reliable.The receptionist at the desk was very helpful & accommodating.The room & linen were what we expected,since we were just overnight.The food & service on the top floor were reasonable with a nice variety.

The hotel could have mentioned in their information details that the shuttle from the Hotel to the Cruise dock is not FREE and the charge of US$14.00per per person payable in CASH,would be helpful.Furthermore the pick-up point at #5 was by passed twice,with their vehicle EMPTY.Hence had to walk up to earlier check point(#2) to avail of the shuttle service.

It was an overnight stay near the airport for a flight connection, so didn't need anything too fancy. The hotel was conveniently located, clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I usually avoid hotel restaurants as they tend to be very overpriced. Their restaurant was a bit nicer than expected and reasonably priced. I could swim some laps in the ~16 metre pool in the morning. Everything was comfortable. Bed a bit soft for my liking, but that's a personal preference. I would stay there again if needing an overnight stay near the airport.

The fact that I had to overnight for a connecting flight, but can't blame the hotel for that one. Nothing to complain about with the hotel

It went truly great, since i was traveling with 4 more people i was concerned over the possibility of getting a room without 2 beds but luckily the hotel had space and we got the room we wanted without a hitch or any issues. So overall it was perfect and I would gladly return in the future if I ever need to back to Miami.

I really did enjoy almost everything! Only small gribe we really had was the fact we found the Menu given to us was on the pricier side and we had to end up getting breakfast somewhere else but that's really it.

The room was the biggest, I stayed so far and very comfortable ! The view was great The shower was comfortable , and it was a good space 👌 The walls, ceiling, elevator, hallways wall was very clean , the gym good size and equipments Outdoor pool very nice and clean however

The staff seemed at first unpleasant The food was very expensive on the 11th fl Not so much on the main floor. However, they can overcharge if you are not paying attention I believe this all has to do with the language barrier. I notice that miami have people working who don't speak English and also assume you don't speak their language just cause you're not from there. And that can come across a bit rude eventho it is not intentionally

I LOVE THE FACT THAT IT WAS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO MOST PLACES, MY HOUSEKEEPER WAS AMAZING, FRONT DESK STAFF VERY WELCOMING AND ALSO HAPPY TO ASSIST. LOVED THE ROOM SERVICE TEAM.

I THINK THAT THE BREAKFAST OPTIONS COULD'VE BEEN BETTER, EVERYDAY IT WAS THE SAME ON THE BUFFET, NEEDS TO HAVE MORE VARIETY. NEEDS TO HAVE AN ONSITE SPA.

Our room was quite large, and the A/C was at a perfect cool temp. Bed was very comfortable with luxurious sheets, blanket and pillows. Bathroom was super clean with a large sink and counter. Shower was large and water pressure was great! Great restaurant on top floor with stunning views. Happy hour was a treat and the breakfast was wonderful - many choices, hot and fresh. We stayed there a night before our trip overseas and the night upon our return. Was perfect. Close to airport. Most definitely recommend!

More detail about where the shuttle picks you up at the airport would have been better. We ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel.

Dinner hamburger was wonderful for we Australians who do not get this value or taste. Breakfast was fantastic. Room very comfortable and bed just lovely for sleep deprived traveller (me!).

Getting a shuttle to the hotel was impossible! I had written twice to the hotel to ask for advice and received no answO Why? It was imperative they should advise that since May the shuttle location had moved to the second floor and there was NOOOOOO system. We waited for an hour in the heat and when we saw a HInn shuttle it had been parked away and was full full full. We had to pay $25 to a very kind private taxi driver called Arturo was full

Close to the airport. The airport shuttle was wonderful to have. The hotel cafe, bar and restaurants were very nice to have. The 9th floor view of the city at the restaurant was beautiful.

They could have had more lounger seating at the pool. There were only 6 lounger chairs and each time we went to the pool they were being used. We were able to sit at the regular chairs and table poolside, but not as relaxing.

Kayla checked me quickly. She's definitely good at her position. Loved the top of the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Didn't get the hostess/waitress name but she was a pleasure.Didn't get a chance to go to the lounge this trip. Will make a point to check it out next time.

Shuttle was kinda hard to catch. I'll make a not to just go down closer to American Airlines.
