It was a spacious comfortable room.

My husband sugar was dropping. I knew room service had closed. So I grabbed my room key & credit card to get him something to eat. The food area is in the gambling area. I didn't think about it my only concern was get food. I get down there tell them I am just trying to get my husband something to eat because his sugar is dropping. Security told me no id can't let you in & I had to run all the way back to my room to get my ID. Which means precious time was lost. The only other big issue was when we were headed back to the car after our stay the parking garage elevator dropped an entire floor.

All of the staff members were amazing and really nice and helped with every issue we had in a timely manner. The security staff in the casino was beyond amazing after getting me my money that fell out of my pocket. If it didn’t cost so much I would probably be back once a month but hopefully since I’m a member now I’ll get to earn stuff

I don’t think our room was properly cleaned. A glob of someone else’s hair was in the shower hair tie on the floor making me wonder if the room had been vacuumed. It was handled in a timely manner housekeeping came in and recleaned our room.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious and nice. For the price this was a great option. Morning check out staff were friendly unlike check in staff.

Check-in staff seemed like we were bothering them to check in not friendly didn't greet us. Hard to figure out how to check in as there are no signs and you park one spot and then have to go up. Breakfast was very expensive, it wasn't horrible but $50 for 2 people for breakfast is over the top and not worth it.

The concierge was fantastic…very attentive to my needs.

The placement of bath towels in the restroom. The resting bar is too close to the floor. Multiple towel hooks and/or racks would be a nice addition. Also - I am having trouble obtaining a final invoice from the property. Booking.com quoted me a total price of $183.15 (including taxes and fees). I was charged $76 for the first night after booking and then another $145 after my arrival.

The room was very clean, and the housekeeper was incredibly nice and remembered us all weekend. Honestly the staff here was the best part—I had a great time talking with the ladies in the breakfast cafeteria as well

I don’t like that breakfast was not included in the pricing, and the breakfast was pricey for very basic items. But besides that, everything was fantastic! I’m only writing this sentence to satisfy the word count.

Everything was amazing! The hotel is beautiful. This was our first experience at a casino with lodging. Will definitely have to return

We paid extra for a "Nature View" room and the view was obstructed. The hotel is under renovation and our window was covered by plastic. We couldn't see out at all.

Room was comfortable

I booked 2 rooms, paid for 2 rooms. In my past hotel management experience, that would be a clue the party was traveling together. We were on 2nd floor, they were on 5th floor. I booked nonsmoking. Their room reeked of cigarette and marijuana. Some compensation was made, but it dampened our experience at this hotel

Got to the hotel for them to inform us that there were no more king rooms left even though that is what I reserved. They wanted to downgrade us to a queen room for same charge. We refused and requested an upgrade since we were charged immediately after making reservation. Coincidentally they found a king room to put us in. This is so aggravating and seems to be happening every where we go when reserving thru booking.com

The staff was very friendly. We had one minor complaint and it was addressed immediately.We enjoyed the river view as well

I didn't like having to request room service being a stay over. Emptying trash and fresh towels should be standard for a stay over. Again, it was addressed IMMEDIATELY

Our room was large and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly - TV, AC, Coffee Maker, etc. Onsite food options were good value. Casino is very large and wasn't crowded on our Mon-Thurs stay.

The hotel is in a remote location not as close to Louisville as we had thought. There is also a pretty long walk from the hotel rooms to the casino, although it is all indoors.
