Free parking was nice. There are plenty of places to shop an eat off the main street and within 4 miles. Some within walking distance but you need a car in this area. Breakfast was OK but for the cost, not special. Everything was clean and the staff were great.

We needed to stay a extra day. One staff member quoted me a price but when I went down later to pay another charged me more.

I liked the full bottles of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Laundry in the hotel. Love the microwave in the room. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was really nice.

We had to leave our apartment for a mold remediation. I read the comments on your hotel and everything was great, but when I got in the elevator I started to smell cigarettes. I asked to make sure that this was a non smoking hotel and the clerk said yes. Going up and down the elevator was hard to breathe sometimes yuck. Also the safety lock was broken on the door. They should have sausage and bacon every day for breakfast, and the eggs are ok could be better.

Water/coffee in the lobby; incredibly helpful staff - always available and consistently doing more than required; great location near freeways and Victoria Gardens, breakfast had variety and was kept clean; beautiful view of the mountains.

I like that the rooms are scheduled for cleaning every other day, but it would be nice to have towels swapped out every day.

We liked that it was so close to a lot of shopping. The area felt much safe. The staff were amazing and were very accommodating. Parking was good. Breakfast was great. Bed were comfortable and the room was very clean.

There wasn't much I didn't like about this hotel. I would book a bigger room in the future for my family, but that was my mistake and not theirs. I will book again with this hotel the next time we are in this part of California.

The cleanliness of the hotel and that we arrived early and were able to check into our room especially because was really hot.

The pool is relatively small and it is not completely outdoors making it harder to get a nice tan. Also there weren't any pool tools out or a bin to place them once we were done.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice clean and large..

Well we wanted to use the pool and layout in the sun but the pool area was covered by the hotel building and open on 1 side no sun was coming in that way it was a huge disappointment. Oh yes I thought that the prices were a little steep for a family of 6.

This is a newer hotel .. Bonus !! Rooms were excellent .. very spacious and with comfortable beds .. bathrooms were nice with excellent working shower heads.. The staff was very welcoming too ..

The Parking is super limited .. if you arrive later in the evening on a busy weekend you might get jammed for parking ..

Really really nice hotel for the price, literally looked like it was a 5 star hotel with the modern room look. Staff was super accommodating, we had some troubles checking in due to an error on booking.com but they were super understanding and resolved our issues, would 100% stay again. Also they have a little convenience store by the lobby that is perfect for post festivities. Also for those that love a pump, the gym was phenomenal!

The staff are always kind and helpful. The gym is everything I want. The breakfast is excellent. The parking has big spaces and can see the my rental car, which I liked.

They do not vacuum every room visit.

Really Good. Everything we were expecting. Nice, efficient and courteous staff. Nice breakfast. Clean, comfortable room. Perfect location.

The undersized pool. Packed with screaming kids. Impossible to use in such conditions.
