Linda, at the front desk, provided genuine, excellent customer service. She treated us with respect and was extremely informative. The other staff were unfriendly, short and dismissive.

We didn't order any food because the prices were ridiculously expensive. I spent over $20 on a small coffee, bagel and an apple juice at Starbucks and don't let me get started on room service. A bowl of cereal was $18.

I loved the location and proximity to Universal Studios. I also loved the pet friendly facility.

The cost and prices of amenities. I do not understand why paying guests must also pay $45 per day to park. If we are in your hotel as guests, why can't we park our cars for free. The cost of the breakfast was also overwhelming for the taste. I can definitely do without the food and amenities price gouging.

The room was a good size and the location was within a very short walk of Universal Studios Hollywood. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms and corridors were very tired and looked in desperate need of a refurbish. I don’t mind staying in hotels that need a refurbishment, but for the cost of this room my expectations were higher,

The Hotel is GOOD, it has excellent location to the people who wants to go to Universal Studios Hollywood and Citywalk. The staff from the Hotel are GOOD and well trained, the majority of people speaks English and Spanish. I am sure this hotel is an excellent option to the family who wants to attend Universal Studios.

There is two different breakfast buffet. One is the Colonial and the other is Imperial. The colonial buffet didn't have protein, only breads and fruits. The imperial buffet was much better. The room itself was good but unfortunately I booked normal couple bed and it is SMALL. The parking is absolutely expensive. It is USD 50 per day plus taxes. This was too much. The bath was not GOOD. The quantity of water was few and took long time to heat up.

The hotel has shuttle service going to and from Universal Studios which is very convenient. Staff very friendly when we ordered food for room delivery.

Got delayed checking in and worried that my reservation didn’t go through. No reservation showed under my name even if I had an email confirming booking. Booked our stay via Booking.com. The front desk was not able to locate the reservation and it was for 5 nights! I have to call Hilton customer service directly and he was able to figure out about the error in the name by doing a search on it.

Location, the comfort of the room, the view from the 23rd floor and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Unfortunately my reservations for my last day got messed up. It was an error of some kind as I requested to check out on Sunday morning. The front desk said that was fine and I went down to update my keys. Saturday afternoon I was in the recording studio and kept receiving phone calls which I wasn’t able to take because of working. Finally I listened to the VM and they were asking me why my belongings were still in my room. Obviously there was a mix up. I called them and somehow my request for Saturday night was NOT confirmed and they had no rooms available.

A short walk from Universal Studios. Also close to Warner Bros studio tour. Free shuttle to Universal Studios, but we found it an easy walk. Nice, clean rooms and super comfortable beds. House keeping was very efficient and our room was cleaned in the morning, so was always ready when we returned from the park or sightseeing. Bottled water provided on the first night. Lovely Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries.

Check in person was a little brusque, but the rest of the staff were very nice, especially the bellhop who always welcomed us back each time we returned to the hotel. Gift shop and restaurants were expensive but there are plenty of cheaper food places close by. Universal Citywalk is only 5 minutes away.

Excellent location allowing easy access to Universal Studios and convenient access to other nearby tourist spots. Comfortable stay with helpful staff. Good dining. Enjoyable facilities.

On first day, being unaware of plethora of options available at Universal Studios, we were at a loss for dinner. While we should have researched more, the hotel can provide, through its cable services information about Universal Studios and, more specifically, the variety of shopping options available near the studio and access to these. Breakfast, while very good, was complicated due to what is paid and what shall be charged. I wonder if people really care about this.

My husband and I were there to Celebrate our Anniversary, we were going to Universal Studios. We arrived at 11am and the front desk had amazing customer service and checked us in early . The room was big and beautiful. Our view was amazing from the 21st floor. The atmosphere and the young bar tender at the bar were great . We had a nice time relaxing after our long day at Universal. Next morning breakfast was delicious. Oh and the valet workers were very polite and friendly. The shuttle to and from Universal Studios and City walk was a plus .

It’s not a complaint, just wanted to let you know the shower door didn’t close right , it wouldn’t grasp so the water would leak out. Not bad but had to put towels on the floor .

the hotel is huge and close to Universal Studios shuttle is great when feet are tired. but also quick walk. going is up hill and up stairs. going back is all down

there was confusion about parking. there is little signage to let 1st timers know where to go to get to Lobby. but once we wandered around we found elevator to Lobby floor. then had to find Desk the thick carpet was difficult to roll suitcases on and saw scooters and a wheelchair struggle
