The personnel were extremely polite and helpful with information, such as directions, etc. We didn't have the opportnity to use the pool but it appeared extremely clean.

We were upgraded to a poolside room but instead of a king, all that was available was a queen... not bad but a little small even for a queen. It was apparent that only a portion of the facility was being used. Also, we received a " Breakfast Bag" instead of having a buffet available. I question if this practice really saves any money for the corporate entity that is in charge of this facility but makes more work for those locally in charge!

The staff was great and room was very nice. The lobby area around pool is very attractive. I liked it a lot and definitely would stay here again.

There is no breakfast but several restaurants within walking distance. Was a little difficult getting housekeeping but front desk people were very helpful and ensure got done

I was disappointed that there was no stopper for the bathtub and the restaurant and bar were closed, but room and facilities were nice.

I really liked the room, the pool, the service. The place is bugger than expected.

The keys did not work the first time and had to get them reprogrammed.

Heated pool and hot tub

Alex as well as Mandy have just been extremely friendly and most helpful when it comes time to customer service. Very pleased with that keep up the hospitality and thanks y'all!

Couple rooms have had broken a/c units broken and substitute wasn't doing the job therefore cause for a hot night twice same issue different rooms

They beds were super comfy… on the inside units. The staff were all great.

The outside units were terrible, nothing but smokers and long timers. I made them move me a few times due to the rooms smelling like smoke and not feeling safe, but once I got moved to an interior unit it was great.

Friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful.

Would be nicer if they had more usb outlets available.

place could really use a good renovation but no real complaints. could be a really nice hotel with a little more work.

The breakfast is exceptional and on time. The lady who prepares and serves the food is very caring and attentive especially for caring for all the guests by herself.

I think it could maybe be cleaner but that's just my perception. It isn't filthy or dirty and I enjoy grunge myself however I understand not everybody does.
