Room was very nice, clean, and I appreciated that all lights were working. Breakfast was better than most, with good coffee. Front desk staff were very courteous and attentive. They did very well! I appreciate attentive staff after some recent horrid experiences elsewhere.

One of the few available electrical outlets was behind one of the 2 heavy beds, but that's weirdly true for many hotels. I don't like the bathroom fans which come on whenever you turn on the lights. The sound is annoying when trying to use the bathroom for any reason, but again, many hotels have this annoying light/fan combination.

Great price, older place, but seemed like they had just purchased it. Breakfast was good. small variety. staff all friendly and helpful. Granddaughters loved the pool

first room they gave us the furnace smelled like it was burning. they changed our room and all was fine. they had a pile of new AC/furnace units so some needed updated.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. The hot tub turned out to be the best amenity after walking around all day. The rooms have wear and tear from time, but the room was clean, and the king bed was very comfortable. We will definitely go back.

The fact that my room wasn't paid ahead even though I paid ahead. Did I still have that same price I first had from booking.com to the hotel? I looked at my receipt and the answer is no. I was not charged the original good price it went higher. I'm only commenting because I don't want anyone else to have to go through that. The communication needs to be better. Thank you for your time

Clean good size room, wonderful shower with great pressure and hot water. Very friendly staff.

Inconsiderate people coming in late night children running up and down the stairs.

I showed up a little later than I expected, no problem for them. The room had the most wonderful spa tub I’ve ever experienced. Loved it.

The door didn’t close perfectly, so I had to open and close it a few times, I worried it would bother my neighbors.

I liked how close it was to the ferry dock and the staff were nice. The pancake machine was kind of cool too.

There was a hot tub next to the pool but the jets did not work and the temperature seemed a bit cool for a hot tub. The faucet in my room was also leaking around the knob when I turned the faucet on.

A bit dated! No meats/eggs or multigrains for breakfast, although they did have Fresh make your own pancakes!

Easy to find, room was king and spacious, bed was comfortable. There was mini fridge but no microwave. The girl at the desk gave us info about fireworks that night down at the bay and we went down and they were really awesome.

Tv remote wouldn't work properly to turn on/off or volume but worked for channel changing. Continental breakfast was only from 7am to 9am. I was on vacation and didn't want to wake up that early to get to the breakfast but I walked down at 8:50 but there was only bread or cereal to eat. Looked like there may have been bagels or pancakes that you run in through a toasting machine but didn't see any to make. There was coffee and tea. OJ and apple juice. I guess for a continental breakfast that is what you get but was hoping for something I could grab and go like a muffin or fruit. I couldn't find a plug on the left side of the bed for my phone but on the right side there was two plugs in the alarm clock.

Loved the pool time ... was clean and lots of towels etc ... Clean room as always ... Clean breakfast room ...
