Close to the landing, indoor pool, lots of parking, and great breakfast options. I loved the fact the they had coffee/cappuccino machine available 24/7 in the lobby. We had an issue with the AC unit in our room, we called the front desk and they quickly moved us to another room! Staff was very accommodating, several people asked to help with our luggage. We will definitely stay here again.

Though a touch outdated, the hotel offers great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

It was clean and affordable! Within walking distance to main street stores and the Landing. It has a balcony facing The Landing which is very enjoyable to sit in the patio furniture and feel the breeze as you watch the bustle of downtown. The room was perfect!

Not a deal breaker, but most hotels have a microwave in the room. This one did not, but again...not a deal breaker. Loved staying here.

We were put on the ground floor away from the traffic noise. We had booked a king room and were pleasantly surprised to find that we were given a suite. On our last night there, the guests above us overflowed their tub and we had a small stream of water coming through the light fixture for a few minutes. The friendly manager came immediately and resolved the problem quickly. Great place to stay and perfect location. Downtown and a very short walk to the Landing with all its shopping and restaurants, etc.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good attitudes from the staff makes a great atmosphere. The price was good.

It was a bit out of date and could use a little attention in the rooms. Because it was so close to downtown we did hear a lot of traffic noise all night. Also our AC unit did not work properly it come in and run for hours until we were just frozen and adjusting the settings did not help. Once it would kick off it would not kick back on for hours and the room would get very hot.

Did not get the room that my booking.com app confirmation said that I booked and the hotel said that room wasn't available, the room didn't have a microwave or the jacuzzi tub that my confirmation showed, the hotel said they don't even have jacuzzi tubs so someone needs to update their app, I felt like the room they gave us was small and cramped feeling for the price

Great location. Short walk to the Branson landing. Hotel also has a trolley stop. The pool was open 24 hours for when we came back from the landing at night. Free hot breakfast was included with eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy.

We had to wait 15 minutes to check in or pay a $25 fee for checking in early. We just waited and it really wasn't a big deal.

We like the large jet tub in the bedroom, the 2 large TVs. We liked and used the fridge. We like that it had a microwave, but we did not have need for it on this trip. We really loved the breakfast and this was one of our most favorite things about the stay.

The air return vent filter was full of dust. We believe the room might not smell as musty if this was changed. There were several light bulbs out. There was no hot water in the sink, so we had to wash our hands in the tubs.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and so comfortable! Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel! I felt very welcome and at home during my stay.

Well, I did get a little turned around finding my room. But that's probably on me. So no true complaints.

Safe secure area. Hotel is clean inside and out. Check in-out was easy and everyone was polite and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Did not try the breakfast. Downhill walk, about 3 blocks to river front attractions and dinning. There are shops and restaurants on the walk down.

Handy location for a visit to Branson Landing. The room was clean and bed comfortable. It was nice to have the complimentary breakfast. There was a free trolley service that took you to all the main tourist attractions in Branson Landing.

It wasn’t an issue for us but note the hotel is located on a steep hill.
