Hotel is very nice. Clean and comfortable. Appreciate the dog friendliness. The restaurant on site was great. We stayed a week ago for a night and I will say the staff that night were extra amazing. So welcoming to us and our pup. Offered treats and gave us the lay of the land on where to be and what to do and best food to eat even! We dined at the rooftop restaurant and everyone was amazing and so sweet. This time the woman at the front desk seemed much less interested. Didn’t mention our pup besides charging us for him to stay. We asked about parking as we had an issue with the Passport app working where the self park lot is and she didn’t give much help to the situation and just shrugged saying we shouldn’t get towed if we’re out early enough which made us a little anxious.

We had a problem with the parking lot payment app not working. No one knew what to do. Didn’t get super warm vibes from the front desk but we did a week ago from different people. Maybe it’s a long week - it was for us too - but always nice to be welcomed with a water bottle and a dog treat vs. rushed off besides being reminded of where dogs aren’t allowed and the fee for the night.

Modern, well appointed, nice vibe with a great rooftop bar that was open late (we checked in late). Staff were very friendly. We had a dog with us and they have specific pet rooms (I am guessing no carpet). The area looks a little desolate when driving in after dark, but I think the area is just being redeveloped. We are driving across America (California to New York) and I had one of the best coffees on my trip at their cafe in the morning. They had a good selection of breakfast you could order as well.

It’s not just this property but I am not a fan of barn doors on bathrooms

The music that plays either on the ground floor bar/patio or rooftop bar can be heard in the rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor. It was too loud for midday. AND the coffee bar wasn’t open/available until 7am on the weekends. That’s not very good planning especially when it was UNL graduation weekend.

The entire staff was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay! The room was lovely and sparkling clean, bed and linens were super comfy and high-quality, delicious dinner and cocktails in the onsite restaurant, one of the best hotel fitness rooms I’ve ever found…

Angela, Bradley, Robby the front desk, server & host in the restaurant were all Fantastic. We celebrated my sisters birthday in the founders room, enjoyed the barred owl and have an amazing breakfast in the restaurant. 12/10 reccomend

That we only stayed for one night- it was fantastic.

Hotel feels very new and fresh and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The barred owl rooftop was a fun place to grab drinks and food. Property felt very dog friendly as well for us and our pup. Bed and bedding was very comfortable too. We’ll be back again!

Everything was great! Highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Only one thing, when trying to make a reservation there was no opportunity to talk to a live human. I really don’t like this. Felt very cut off and too dependent on technology. Then I HAD to download app to even see the reservation. Ugh. Missed the personal touch.

Staff very attentive, nice and helpful. We were greeted as soon as we pulled up staff assisted us with getting our belongings to our room.

I wish the beds were more comfortable and the bed pillows need an upgrade.

It is very quiet, close to the university and lots of open walking space. I love staying here! The rooftop bar is wonderful too.

The price of parking is pretty expensive.

The shower is the worst shower I’ve ever been in! The water saver is so efficient that it takes almost a minute just to wash your face because there is just a little itty bit of water that comes out! it takes around 1 minute to get warm water to come out as well. The barn door set up for the bathroom/closet is a really bad design because I hit my wife twice with the door coming out of the bathroom while she was getting clothes out of the closet. Super bad design! I never read anywhere that said we had to pay for parking which is $22.00 per day! Ouch.
