Staff, location, decor and overall layout of the hotel

The music that plays either on the ground floor bar/patio or rooftop bar can be heard in the rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor. It was too loud for midday. AND the coffee bar wasn’t open/available until 7am on the weekends. That’s not very good planning especially when it was UNL graduation weekend.

Everything was great! Highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Only one thing, when trying to make a reservation there was no opportunity to talk to a live human. I really don’t like this. Felt very cut off and too dependent on technology. Then I HAD to download app to even see the reservation. Ugh. Missed the personal touch.

The shower is the worst shower I’ve ever been in! The water saver is so efficient that it takes almost a minute just to wash your face because there is just a little itty bit of water that comes out! it takes around 1 minute to get warm water to come out as well. The barn door set up for the bathroom/closet is a really bad design because I hit my wife twice with the door coming out of the bathroom while she was getting clothes out of the closet. Super bad design! I never read anywhere that said we had to pay for parking which is $22.00 per day! Ouch.

The best hotel in Lincoln I stayed so far. New, clean, comfortable.

You need a car to get there and parking costs are too high (considering the area)

There is nothing not to like this is a top-notch hotel for Lincoln, Nebraska. I just regret not booking the first night at this hotel.

Fitness room was new and very clean. Entire hotel was clean and accommodating.

If you have a larger group, wait for the restaurant to open instead of going to the owl lounge.

Very clean & cozy hotel. Top notch for sure. All staff was super friendly and it was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing and always had super hot water. Definitely recommend, best hotel in Lincoln so far.

Breakfast sandwich was great! Lobby and outside areas decorated nice and lots of room. Decor in the room was relaxing and room was quiet. Very clean room and hotel!

No info in room regarding restaurants or room service. The pillows were nice and fluffy, but flattened out when we slept, had to add towels and fold pillows in half. Couldn't go to rooftop bar due to staffing shortage.

lovely boutique hotel. beautifully decorated. very comfortable bed and pillows. very friendly staff.

google maps gives the wrong location for the hotel so it was difficult to locate at night. we had an early departure at 0600 and any breakfast offerings were not available until 0700 so we didn’t get anything to eat before leaving. should consider starting breakfast at 0600.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable.

The only thing was no allowance for cancellation of your booking without penalty.
