The hotel was extremely quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice with clean, hot showers. Traveling with our kids we have stayed at many hotels and this one was probably one of the cleanest and best overall stays. Great location to downtown. Walking distance to restaurants. We would stay here again when visiting the area.

When I booked through an app, it said “breakfast included”. Breakfast is a credit of $10 per person at the Starbucks in the lobby. Anything over that you must pay for. I believe the app used was the cause of the confusion. Breakfast was fine, but not what was expected.

Not the best check in experience I've had; the staff member seemed extremely unenthused to be there and gave minimal information about the building or the stay – I had to ask the elevator location to even get to the room. Room phone had no instructions on how to even call the front desk if we needed anything. It wasn't the quality of service I've experienced at other Courtyard locations.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient to Colonial Theater venue where we attended a concert. Bartender was excellent-very friendly and attentive and seemed like he truly enjoyed interacting with his customers.

Parking situation is not great-can be a rather long walk with luggage, but at least it’s free.

The bathroom tub is tired. Although clean (I’m assuming) the non-stick bottom of the tub is so discolored it does not look clean. It’s rather unsightly. Grimy looking. Definitely needs an upgrade!

THE BED WAS TOO HIGH. !!!! IT’S A BED WITH BOX SPRING MATTRESS ON A PLATFORM. I’M SHORT (5’1”) and HAD TO USE THE STOOL IN THE ROOM TO GET ONTO THE BED. NOT IDEAL, ESPECIALLY DURING THE NIGHT.

Kelsey at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The room had enough space for 2 adults, a child and all our stuff for a weekend. The pool was a great size for a few kids at a time.

Parking was hard to understand at first. We had the breakfast package and while the staff was kind, they weren’t helpful figuring out the breakfast package because they didn’t know what it was. The king sized bed was pretty hard.

Within walking distance to restaurants and shops-including Art for Life Tattoos (which I also highly recommend). Little store and bar in lobby were convenient. Room got nice and dark and bed very comfy.

Room was a little dusty, the a/c was loud and would wake me when it kicked on, and I wish the pool was bigger.

The property was in a fantastic location. Big and clean with a bar and pool free pool table. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond

Everything was great 👍 nothing to fault! If you complained about this property you have major issues in life 😂

Location to downtown was good, however, the parking lot leaves something to be desired. The staff and facilities were excellent, bartender, and Starbucks worker were excellent.
