Location was ideal for me. I was impressed by the information and updates that were provided to me after I had made my reservation. The hotel itself was very well appointed extremely clean pleasant. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The staff made an accommodation for me to have access to the Fitness area Prior to their normal hours. I suppose my only complaint, and it is a very small one is that they ran out of the types of breakfast items that I was inclined to eat

Ample parking ..well lit up at night.. sort of quiet but some nights being close to I 84 yu could hear trucks but not too bad just occasionally

Construction being done to a bldg in front of hotel making it difficult to know where hotel was. Other than not having much negative things to say.

The hotel is clean, and in a great location. The breakfast is always a good experience. Plentiful selection and clean. The staff I recognize each time I visit the area they have been there many years that is certainly a plus.

The Entrance from the main road So much construction from a old hotel Blocks the entrance and gives an un pleasant First impression. It could use better lighting .But since I always stay at this hotel when visiting I knew it had been like this in the past but had thought it might be complete.

Breakfast was hot and fresh with a nice selection ! Staff is good. The computer for my passes and labels worked perfectly and easy. The hotel was the best of my stay and wish I could of stayed a little longer THE POOL was so wonderful. Open till 10PM, I swam every morning and evening. Clean and just perfect.

nothing not to like. Parking was great. Amenities were lovely with a great staff. What more can you ask for. OH yes I had a room with a view of the fall foliage and it was delightful stay.

My sister and I came up for 1 night to attend a funeral. The hotel was very nice, clean & comfortable. There were plenty of places nearby for meals and the hotel breakfast had many yummy options.

The hotel was set back from the road a bit hidden behind another building which is currently being renovated.

It was close to restaurants and shops. The event we attended was only 15 minutes away and it was perfect. I did enjoy the inside pool and breakfast was ok. The staff was excellent, very friendly and wonderful smiles.

I really didn't have anything to complain about. You can't help that the front of the hotel construction was going so, no, nothing was to my dislike.

Breakfast needs help! Many of the hot breakfast items were empty and had not been refilled when we arrived for breakfast. Offerings were pretty limited.

On arrival, we were greeted very warmly by the front desk staff. Everyone was very nice, and so helpful. We were there on a Holiday, when I'm sure staff would rather be home, but they went out of their way for us.

The rooms were a little older you could tell, but very clean and nice. Such a wonderful value for the price. And the breakfast they had was lovely. The pool was great, and my whole family had a really nice time.

I have stayed at Hampton Inn and suites before and been very pleased. This Hampton inn was somewhat smaller than the others, but I have to say the quality was as good as I’ve experienced at the others.

There is a big construction site on a building that sits in front of the Hampton Inn, which threw me off as I thought that I had arrived to the wrong location. It’s somewhat blocks the building of the Hampton Inn, and doesn’t give a good impression at the start. Hopefully the construction of that property will be completed because it does make an impression for your customers.

Catherine, Laura Jean , and Ed were very professional and caring. The property was very clean and you were made to feel welcomed. Siobhan was helpful during the breakfast, coffee was nice and hot ! Thank you all everyone for a great stay.
