It was nice having breakfast available and having tea and coffee at all times in the lobby. Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. Loved having the shampoo and conditioner on the wall instead of little bottles. The amenities were nice. It was good to have the little fridge in the room and the beds were comfortable. Check out was very smooth. Also, loved it was pet friendly.

The only thing we didn’t like was the very top blanket on the bed. It was very pretty, but it was very scratchy. I have high sensitivities to materials so it felt like I was being scratched at night. I had to remove that blanket in order to be comfortable. My family member said she felt like something that shouldn’t be there was on her.

Well we did come there to stay to go to the casinos so that was the biggest plus attached to the casino! Really wish they would have a Jacuzzi for the older people who come there to stay! That was also open 24/7!

We were told the double bed rooms didn't have bathtubs just a shower but then when I made a comment about it in the morning when I checked out she said they are limited rooms with bathtubs but the lady at check-in told me they didn't have any with bathtubs so maybe you should be clarified on staff to know what they have available!

The staff were super nice, the room was clean and spacious, and the pool was good for the kids to take a quick dip. It is connected to rhe casino too which has some food options. We had the family room with bunk beds and it was perfect for our two teens!

The only thing would be to have a microwave in the room but there was one in the lobby to use.

Went for breakfast at 8:30 couldn't find anyone that was working no eggs very little potatoes no bread made a waffle was only thing to eat usually its very good

Well I tried to cancel and couldn’t speak to a person got charged twice as Expedia placed order too I got a bunch of emails from Expedia confirmation I got there got charged twice I won’t be doing any business with booking.com it was messed up when I got there

Breakfast was good. Being in a room that was equipped to handle someone with A disability was good too.

Forgot about their rule to charge an extra 50.00 dollars above room price. Know you get it back after your stay ends. Really wish they would not do the extra fee especially when your not aware of it or use any of their amenities.

The staff was excellent and service fantastic. Evan and staff went beyond the call of duty. They checked around for other hotels that would be available during the music fest. I would be returning with my sister from New York who is terminal. Can not say enough about Evan. he deserves a raise. LOL Thank you.

There wasn't any LOTION or Conditioner. Those two Bottles were Empty. Housekeeping needs to make sure these are Filled for Guests to use.

Breakfast was very good except for the sausage. The sausage looked white and didn’t taste good. It may of been vegan, or something else. But everything else was great.

My wife is about 5’ 1”, and the bed was almost too tall for her to get in. Maybe there could be a step stool for the shorter customers to use.

That it was connected to the casino. 😊. Great accessible dog areas. Great free breakfast. Clean stylish room. Loved the bottles of hair shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and hand soap. Refreshing to not have to worry if I will have enough in those old small bottles.

No big deal, but maybe a hot tub!
