Breakfast was very good. The lady responsible for replenishing the food and drinks was so pleasant to talk to and seemed to enjoy her job. On a separate note, later in the morning after we left, I received a call from the hotel staff. It seems that an envelope with cash dropped from a bag in our room and housekeeping found it when cleaning. My husband and I were 30 minutes away so we headed back to pick this up. I was so appreciative that someone was so honest to turn this in! Really amazing that someone would be this kind!

The lamp on the desk- the light level is so low that it makes it hard to see items on the TV credenza.

The staff was wonderful. They were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They were the shining stars at this location. From the front desk staff, to the maintenance man, to the room cleaning crew, to the kitchen staff, they were all exceptional. The people who work here definitely made an impression on my entire review.

I booked on Booking.com a room that was suppose to be bigger. It said it had 3 beds (1 king and 2 queen beds and said it was a suite). After driving 600 miles and showing up to a room with only 2 queen beds, the attendant at the front desk informed us that no such room existed in this hotel. We made due and my son and daughter had to share a bed. It's not what we expected, and not what i thought i paid for, but worse things have happened.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We were right at the end of hall by the elevator, and I was concerned it would be noisy, but it was quiet through the night!

We'd requested early check-in (which we were granted). The room was clean, but there was a piece of a potato chip on the counter in the bathroom, and a couple of other crumbs on the floor that I wiped up. Not sure if the cleaning was "rushed" due to early check-in?

The staff was amazing, definitely the friendliest and most accommodating we have encountered in the last several years of traveling for my son’s baseball. The hotel was very clean, breakfast had ample choices, and location was very convenient. I would give this hotel my highest recommendation and wish all of our travel experiences were this enjoyable. Again, the staff set this place apart, I can’t speak highly enough!

The other 2 hotels I stayed at with similar ratings and price were not as good. The breakfast had a few extras that really made all the difference in the best way!

The people above us were running and jumping until late at night. Also when I checked in I had to repeat things that I had already done when I booked.

Very cleanly, comfortable, quiet. Staff was extremely friendly.

The food could have been better, it was ok. The pool hours need to be extended to at least an hour more, as 10pm is early for some people during a vacation. We were not able to use the hot tub or pool once after getting back from our day at 9/9:30.

Breakfast had great options. Even being on a restricted diet I easily found things to eat. And my young son also easily found options. The lady in charge of the breakfast was kind, helpful and even worked with latecomers to the breakfast time.

I don't think I have anything bad to say about the hotel and my experience there.

I used as a base before my flight from DTW airport it’s only 45 minutes from here. Great position and very quite, clean and comfortable. Just walking distance to food and restaurants. Excellent staff they welcome you with a smile. Fair breakfast there everything you need to start the day.

Easy to book. Easy to check in. Exceptionally nice and efficient concierge. Massage showers a bonus after driving many hours. Very clean and neat. Would definitely recommend and have done.

Room was very clean and very nicely set up. The bed was so comfortable. We didn’t get to use the pool/spa as we were there just for the night, but we did check them out and they seemed nice. We travel to Toledo often to visit family so we will definitely be making this our go to spot to stay

Shower head in our shower seemed clogged almost, not great water pressure. But not a deal breaker
