There was a gentleman I was talking to in the elevator in the hallway that works there and he was extremely friendly and kind. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name now. He wore glasses and I’m not sure if he was Maintenance, but he had tools and a ladder. He had comment on my tennis shoes I had on he said he really liked them. August 5th.

The hotel is very clean. Our room had just been renovated and was spotless. We had dinner at the pub downstairs and it was delicious and good value for your money

The deadbolt between the connection room did not engage and the ice machines weren’t functioning but I imagine it will be taken care of with the renovations.

Friendly and helpful staff, including the front desk, housekeeping, and the staff at the Winner’s Circle Saloon. We were in a hurry and grabbed some appetizers for the room and were pleasantly surprised by how good they were.

The property was a little rundown (especially the door to our room), but we saw signs indicating that they will be renovating soon.

Room was perfectly clean and beds are super comfy! We had a few minor hiccups over our several day stay and each once was handled to the best of the staff's ability (mechanical issues and waiting on machine parts) and to our complete satisfaction. We've stayed here many times in the past and will definitely return! Our favorite rooms are the ones that open directly to the pool deck! So convenient, especially with kids!

The beds are very high off the ground and i struggled to get into them. I actually had to use the lounge chair as a step stool. I'm middle aged, short, and fluffy and have found this to actually be a very common problem at many hotels lately.

The staff was superb with an extra special shout-out to Selim at the front desk. My family really enjoyed the restaurant inside.

The rooms need a major update and not talking about style but rather functionality. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock but was so difficult to open and close it didn’t matter. Our room clock was on the fritz and looked like it gave the time in an alien language.

Definitely better than expected. Pool was beautiful! View of the mountains from my room was perfect. The saloon was fantastic! I enjoyed watching the line dancing and the food there was good. Right across from a gas station, and only a few minutes down the road from a Sheetz.

No microwave in room. A/C wasn't great in the room. It was set to 66 when I got in but wasn't very cold at all. (For reference, i keep my window unit at 68 at home and sleep without getting warm.) I actually got warm throughout each night and thats even with sleeping in the bed right next to the unit. They were doing work on some rooms on another floor which I think added quite alot of heat and humidity to the hotel since they had openings to the outside for the work. Didn't love how the room doors seemed to be slamming shut every few minutes but that's just other guests not being courteous.

Under Renovations I guess ..only 1elevator works. Entry into your room is very difficult .Had to actually slam against door

Great room. The hotel had two nice restaurants. The staff was friendly throughout the hotel.

Only thing I was not happy about that guest were in the pool after hours.(Nothing against the hotel) not respecting the hotel rules.

Reception staff welcome and upgrade the room .. stay was comfortable..

room locks had issue.. and some construction work going on but that too was for our comfort..

We have stopped at this location twice. Having a lounge and real restaurant is a huge plus.

our first stay was very good all around. this trip I was disappointed in the bathroom, it is in need of an overhaul. the door was rusted out and the faucet head in the bathtub, not the shower head, was turned sideways. otherwise ok
