Everyone was very nice and it was very clean. Bed was pretty comfortable but could have used extra pillows

My only complaint is we stayed 2 nights and we went to the lobby in the morning and asked if we could have new towels and wash cloths taken to our room. They said that was no problem. We didn't get back until late that night and didn't notice till morning that they had never brought us new ones so we had to use the same towels from the day before

breakfast was clean with a nice small selection. Just enough that it was supplied well clean and plentiful. waffles eggs sausage breads yogurt butter syrups juices coffee

clean, friendly fresh hot drinks to choose from. nice newer carpets clean rooms. super comfy beds. nice clean shower/ tubs

We liked how easy it was to locate. There was enough parking space right at the front of the hotel. Both the night and day managers were really helpful, courteous and pleasant. It's quite a basic hotel but had everything that we needed for a short 2-night stay visiting Meadville. Breakfast was modest but enough. It was still cold when we were there but the hotel lobby and room were warm. For the price, it was value for money.

We have no complaints so I guess, there's nothing to dislike.

Great location and good breakfast food.

They had Fox News on the TV during breakfast one morning. How about no TV, no news, or a local station for news, because national news is extremely polarized right now and it made me so anxious that I had trouble eating. The food was great, but I ate it as quickly as possible just to get away from the news.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff was kind and accommodating...especially the night employee, John! The rooms and everything in between were VERY clean! The rooms were super quiet. The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. This was a nice start to our morning! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

If I had to pick something, I would say the doors to the rooms don't close easily so make sure you pull them all the way before leaving.

The staff was nice and were always able to make my requests happen, such as getting new room keys when loosing mine.

the air conditioning was loud, the place smelled of smoke and the breakfast selection was small.

I didn't have time to eat breakfast there and get to my appointment at Vernon Place on time because their property is all torn up and I had to get through the traffic circle without an accident.

A small desk and chair in the room would make it better.

Was there for my Father's Funeral Service all the way from SC. I used Booking.com but the lady at the desk was so wonderful and let me know that I had not received the lowest rate so she corrected that. Really made a difference just that little bit of kindness.

The two nights were different prices. Would have liked it if it was the same. Understandable since they had events nearby.

room was very clean and bathroom was very well appointed...would stay here again!!! loved having an adjustable wall unit for controlling the air conditioner
