We liked how easy it was to locate. There was enough parking space right at the front of the hotel. Both the night and day managers were really helpful, courteous and pleasant. It's quite a basic hotel but had everything that we needed for a short 2-night stay visiting Meadville. Breakfast was modest but enough. It was still cold when we were there but the hotel lobby and room were warm. For the price, it was value for money.

We have no complaints so I guess, there's nothing to dislike.

Great location and good breakfast food.

They had Fox News on the TV during breakfast one morning. How about no TV, no news, or a local station for news, because national news is extremely polarized right now and it made me so anxious that I had trouble eating. The food was great, but I ate it as quickly as possible just to get away from the news.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff was kind and accommodating...especially the night employee, John! The rooms and everything in between were VERY clean! The rooms were super quiet. The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. This was a nice start to our morning! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

If I had to pick something, I would say the doors to the rooms don't close easily so make sure you pull them all the way before leaving.

The staff was nice and were always able to make my requests happen, such as getting new room keys when loosing mine.

the air conditioning was loud, the place smelled of smoke and the breakfast selection was small.

Was there for my Father's Funeral Service all the way from SC. I used Booking.com but the lady at the desk was so wonderful and let me know that I had not received the lowest rate so she corrected that. Really made a difference just that little bit of kindness.

I didn't have time to eat breakfast there and get to my appointment at Vernon Place on time because their property is all torn up and I had to get through the traffic circle without an accident.

A small desk and chair in the room would make it better.

Was there during the week-end to go see a music show at Party in the Pines (had a really great time at that venue and I highly recommend it). Even if the hotel was full it was still pretty quiet. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and the gave us our room a couple hours early with no extra charge since it was raining pretty hard at we were on motorcycle. We really appreciated this. Thanks for the stay!

The staff was great. Got there about10:30pm went to my room and there was a dog in the next room. Barking due to being in a weird place. Owners was trying to get him to stop. Went to the desk and the guy working the desk gave me a other room.

The shower was screaming due to the shower head. It stopped for a few then started again very high pitch

This location is very convenient for us in our north/south travels. The staff are always very friendly, professional and helpful. We've never had a room that wasn't spotlessly clean and comfortable. WiFi quality is always excellent. It's a very quiet location but close to decent restaurant choices and the interstate. The property is also pet-friendly, which is a must for us.

The only disappointment in this stay (not our first, by the way, I think we've stayed 3 or 4 times over the last few years) was the breakfast. I understand that during the height of COVID that range of choices and manner of presentation had to be significantly changed but it is very clear that we are well past that point. On this stay, all that was offered was cereal (hot or cold), packaged hard-boiled eggs, packaged cheese, yogurt, waffle-maker. There were the standard beverages, hot and cold. There was no fresh fruit, no bread/bagels for toasting, no pastries, no breakfast sandwich (a microwaveable breakfast sandwich, sausage/egg/cheese, was part of breakfast in December 2021). Breakfast did not measure up to all the other consistently excellent services at this location.

The bed was super comfortable and the price was great.

Really hard to find parking plus they allow bigger trucks with utility trailer hooked to them so the parking lot can be an issue.
